new guys routine need some advice

Was wondering if anyone has ever warn their cock ring while inside there BM. I did today lol. Normally I gain .5-.75 in girth from the BM as temp gains today I gained over an inch was around 1.125. Will be doing this every time now. Cheers mates and wish u all the best gains possible.

A few men have done this but I can't remember who they are. What I do remember is they were experiencing good gains with this method but that wearing a cock ring too tight was prohibited. I would suggest using a rubber or latex ring to try this method.
