So I've been interested in doing Penis exercises since I was 18 & wanted to do it to increase my size & been looking up information, so I joined this site & PEGym to do some research. I'm 20 & I haven't done much outside from Kegels & Matter of Size's testicle exercises, which is;
Massaging the fluid around with the palm of my hand for 30 seconds to the left motion & 30 seconds in the right motion.
Rubbing both my testicles for 60 seconds with my fingers & thumb in a gentle & firm movement.
Stretch my penis up & testicles down 60 times & do it the other way the same amount of times.
At the start of it I did Matter of Size's 10 minute work out as the starting point & I did it three times a day since September till December during christmas & never got back to it since, gave up too soon due to things getting complicated & laziness, which I really regretted doing.
Here is what I have done three time a day at different times of the days:
Warm-Up
Ball & LIG PC Stretch:
In a seated position grab your ball sack just above your balls and stretch down while with the other hand grabbing your penis just below the glans stretching upward towards your chin. Pull to a solid stretch. Do 25 PC Squeezes in this position now switch positions so your balls are pulled up towards your chin and your penis is pulled down-ward. Pull to a solid stretch. Do 25 PC Squeezes.
Length Routine
Basic Stretching:
Down to the center. Grab penis just below the head pull to full stretch potential and hold for 30 seconds
Up to the center. Grab penis just below the head pull to full stretch potential and hold for 30 seconds
Girth Routine
Dry Jelq:
Ten 10 second Jelqs
Get fully erect. Kegel as much blood as you can into your penis, then grab at the base and form a trap the blood with a standard OK grip. Now take the free hand, using an OK grip, slowly over a 10 second period milk the blood from the extreme base to just below the head.
3 DLD Isolated Compression Squeezes:
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base using the standard OK Grip. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 30 second count.
I so did this on September 2012 & stopped at December because things got a bit complicated, so I decided to stop. Only at 2013 I have been doing the testical exercises at the evening& kegels through out the day:
60 1 second hold & 20 5 second hold in the morning & at the afternoon.
So now I decided to take it more seriously as being being a size 6.7/16 inches (Ruler goes through 16/16) erect, but being bent, being 6.12/16 when pulled out straight & having a Girth size of over 5, but varies through out. I decided that I needed to improve myself as I know I can have a better size penis if I put in the effort.
Though I'm not going to star yet, as I wanted to take a break from masturbating for a month as of reading about Hard flaccid & with me thinking that I have it, with out being entirely sure, but wanting to give it a rest as I've been doing more than my fair share of it, probably to help me not to be so reliant to �naked people movies� to get a hard on & also to help me not to get an extreme hard one every time I do PE, was one of the problems I had at the start of it, as I think the action of touching my dick get's it too excited.
So any way I am looking forward to writing down my Pe Journey, to meet knew people with experiences & to get help form the community.
