Well I started with manual work alone. For the first year my training went from the Newbie Workout (or Phase 1) and evolved into what are the 5 phases (each routine for each phase is exactly the routines I used.) At around a year and a half I picked up hanging for a few months and did not care too much for it. The
PowerAssist was just being developed at the time so I started replacing my stretching with all
PowerAssist Stretches. This is still one of my favorite pieces of equipment. Maybe 3 years in I started with Extending and at first I did not take to it. After learning how to use the
extender this became another viable way to make gains. Around 2 years ago the
LengthMaster was developed and this became my predominate stretching device as I could do pretty much any stretch using two hands and the additional ability to do bundles and twists made it so incredible. ABout 18 months ago I started with the
Bathmate and I have to say it is my favorite piece of equipment. Over the 10 years I have created 100's of exercises and I have used them in various ways. I guess I stopped looking for active gains about 4 years ago but still made them. My goals as of lately have been testing exercise and equipment but as this goes on the gains continue to creep up. I take off weeks at a time now so as not to gain anything more and this does help but the problem is I can't leave my dick alone. I am addicted to Penis Enlargement even though I have more than made my goals.
