my current routine
morning
10 min- stretching
5 min- rotary cranks
5 min- DLD blasters or A-stretch
15 min- stretching including BTC
20 mins- hanging 3 kgs
i have made a homemade ADS stretcher similar to a legstrap....but its not that comfortable so i wear it for 30 mins at a time ....making it stretched for 2-3 hours a day.....
this is till the PF comes...
evening
5 min- Bathmate
20-30 min- jelqing and SSJ
5 min - Bathmate
including kegels
any changes in routine guys ?? cuz i feel my gains had stopped coming ....but after i made the ADS stretcher i feel that it will get me back to progress....
kindly help make changes if needed
