8/25 measured:
Booya motherfuckers! hit the 5.75 mid girth goal! 5 months and .75 inch gain :D

Mid girth: 5.75
Base girth 5.75
New short term is to get that base girth up. I'm going to be focusing and reading up on how to manage this. It's awesome to FEEL the difference in the main shaft but I'd love to have a huge base to really bring this up a notch.
I've been doing:
10-15min wet jelqs daily
10 min Herc
5 min SSJ
15 min X-40
5 min SSJ
15 min X-40
5 min SSJ

I've also started my second cycle of Test180 and I'm still hitting the gym with C4 preworkout and taking protein shakes from GNC. I've also started taking the joint multivitamin from GNC as well.
I'm also starting to check out length exercises and routines.
 
Congratulations on the gains! You must be stoked! Good work and you deserve it! Now onto the 6" mark!
 
Little update. Been having major issues at home but have kept up the routine. Bathmate in the X-40 has gone from 180-190 normal max to a 200 max consistently. Next measure will be 9/23.

Good to hear from you Steve, I hope the issues at home become more peaceful for you. I am glad you are still getting your Penis Enlargement in, I guess when there is stress around me the Penis Enlargement is a vacation in a lot of ways, I hope it is a refuge for you too.

Hard times got harder and I've slacked off some. I feel like some progress was lost but I'm not sure.
Routines now 1day on two off. If I'm lucky I'll get two days in a row and 1 off.
 
One sweet victory, even if I've lost a bit...hardly any fluid retention the past two sessions with the Bathmate. Dunno if its from days off but it feels like a huge milestone!

Steve, your thread has very nearly convinced me to buy a X-40 since the painful rings I am getting are limiting my pumping intensity. I thank you very much for this thread and your progress reports.

Quick question though: when you say "Bathmate 15minutes" what pressure are you using? Pumping as hard as you can or what? Also, are you entering the pump hard or semi or flaccid?

I'm still experimenting with my routine to hone in on gaining max girth.

The rings are freaking painful as hell...it's the ONLY thing I hate about the Bathmate routine. However, there is a sleeve you can get that is supposed to limit the rings to such an extent that they don't hurt anymore. I've not purchased this device due to the X-40. I love it.

To answer your questions: I always use max pressure. I really enjoy the sensation as a lifter would enjoy a burn from lifting weights. Sure they are uncomfortable but it's my body saying, "Bring it, I can take it!" Lol if that makes sense.
I go in at different states. In the Herc I use flaccid, always. The first X-40 is normally semi and the last session is a semi-to-erect state. It terms of % I'd say it's 5% then 60% then 85%.

To comment on my own progression I've plateaued. I know it. I'm stuck at 7.25-7.5 depending on the day BPenis EnlargementL and 5.5-5.75 MG as well. I'm ok with this really as I know it'll pass in time. How much time, I'm not sure lol. But I'm in this for the long haul!

Steve, based on how painful my rings are and my 6.25 post pump expansion, i have decided to get the X-40. I have read that it increases base girth too, which is something I could use. Overall, I feel the pain in the X-40 is limiting my progress so I hope this will be a solid investment.

The X-40 will absolutely help you expand more at the base and everywhere else to boot! On average I Max expand to 7.5 most is over 8. I don't have sex at 8 however. I wait until its under 7. So about 2-3 hours from a 7.5 pump
 
Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday season. It's been about three months since I posted anything at all and I wanted to stop in and update my progress. So here's the rundown!

-Routine is about the same with some tweeks. 1x10min with Herc to warm up, low pressure. 2x15min with Golliath to hit it hard. In between each set I wet Jelq.
-Length and girth are pretty much exactly the same as three months ago. Nothing changed as far as that goes. What has changed is the amount of time it stays "swollen" from the Bathmate sessions. Literally it's 24-28 hours after usage. Best thing about continued usage is I'll go nearly every day with a larger, thicker flaccid state. When hard it retains a good deal of the original pump as well. I have to wait over a day and half to get a true measure.
-I've had to purchase new boxer briefs as a result. Highly endorse the Power Core C9 line. They have more room then most boxer briefs and helps to limit the bulge. I thought it would be awesome to have it show off, but at work...not so much. Honestly it's embarrassing.
-Weirdest thing about the past three months is I went into an anti Penis Enlargement stage about two months ago. I thought to myself..if I was truly a man I wouldn't need this. Yeah, it was depression, nothing more. It lasted about a week then I was back at it without any voice in my head saying don't. Anyone else have these ups and downs?

Overall, of course I'd love to say I grew massive amounts but that's not nearly the case. I have had some awesome success and newbie gains are pretty much just what I have to carry around now (which is amazing!).
I might be tempted to snap some shots and post them in my pic thread in the coming weeks. So until then keep kicking ass everyone. It's great to read up on everyone's progress and see that I'm not alone in thinking that this site and the routines it holds are some of the best things to happen to men around the world.
