Hi. I´ve been doing PE actively every day since mid January now and I figure its time for me to post my routine and get some opinions on it to see if I´m doing what I should. Starting measurments are BPEL: 7" BPFL: 7.79" MEG: 5.3. Goal is BPEL:8.5" MEG: 6"


  • Towel raises
  • 10 min bundled stretches
  • 20-30 min basic stretches
  • 2-5 hours phallosan on the days when I can. At least 4 days a week.
  • Superset:
    One set SSJ (working on increasing the sets)
    3 min x40
    one set of ssj (working on increasing the sets)
    3 min x40

I still get red dots from ssj so I only do one set and try to condition myself for more. I dont like normal jelqs because they pull on my skin and I already got turkey neck which I really want to fix (tips on that are very welcome).

So is there anything I should do different?

Your routine is looking very good.Make sure you add some Kegels ,very important exercise.The red dots are a good sign,don't slow down your workout.The red dots are like muscle soreness after some very intense gym workout.Don't worry about em.

Also make sure you don't take days off.Forget the bullshit " let your penis rest " bla bla.Tissue is not muscle.Train everyday,or if you can't,do something like 3 on 1 off , 4 on 1 off ,etc.I would never have more than 1 day off per week.
 
That looks really good, only thing I can add is to separate length and girth sessions. Length in the Am if you can and Girth in the Pm. For the towel raises make sure you count your reps and slowly increase weak by weak. Keep track of your Eq as well if it starts to go down it could be from all of the work your putting in. Just let us know whats going on and we can help. Those red dots are small capillaries in the skin that burst, they are called Petechiae, they should be fine as long as they are pin head size. Make sure they don't get any bigger you'll be fine. Every newbie tends to get those. Keep it up

Thanks for the replies guys. Already separating length and girth. I stretch as soon in the day as I can and then I keep the phallosan on for as many hours as I can and hit girth before my girlfriend comes home.

I would love to do that but alas my girlfriend does not know about PE and I really dont want to tell her. And a "whats that thing on your cock?" isnt something I want to have to answer. Sadly I cant even use the phallosan all days. Only the days when she works hours that allow me to do so privately.

May I ask whats the reason not telling your gf about PE ?
From what you tell you could do probably 3x more PE if you told her.

it got to do both with embaracment and with me not wanting her to be embaraced. I know she has no wish for my cock to be bigger. Its something I do for me and I dont want her to think I feel like its too small for her. I simply have no way to explain it to her that would not either make it seem like I am insecure about my dick, which I am not, or that I think she needs my cock to be bigger, which she certainly doesnt. I´m sure if I did tell her I would gain faster and if I managed to explain it to her properly she would probably actually be excited about it. I told my gf, she hates me doing PE. But I think she fails to realize the changes are gradual, and thinks in a few weeks i'll be at 6inch girth and she won't have time to adjust.

That depends on what kind of girlfriend you got. Some relationships are more like a very deep and intimate friendship with some romance and sex. Others are mostly romance and sex with a little bit of friendship. My relationship is mostly the latter.

Routine is very solid bro, if you have time throw in some testicular massages (great for health, more ejaculate and lower hanging balls) and erect stretches.
 
Everything looks pretty darn good. I have a 1 suggestion that will help. Be sure to get in Erect Stretches, these are vital to converting FSBPL to EBL. Also, be sure to be progressive in your intensity, adding intensity as you are able. We always want to be pushing the limits in PE, always.
