So I'm on my 9th week for the newbie routine. I haven't gained at all, but this itself to me is an acclompishment as i have never lasted this long without quitting. But now my penis just won't stretch as much. Ive implemented a warmup tunica routine. I jack off, shower, tunica than stretch. But it won't stretch. WTF? any ideas?

Sounds like you might be going too hard, your dick will retract and try and protect itself if you're doing too much too fast. I'd try backing off a little and see if it helps.
 
Can you post how long you typical spending per stretch?any wraps post pe? EQ issues?
 
Yes my EQ is low, soft, i don't wrap post, I use to with this silicone kind of rubber thing but it broke. I spend each stretch 1 minute 30 seconds like the program say
 
i would say take a day off, buy a ace bandage wrap and try and use less force. You might be killing ur dick with too much jacking off and stretching/jelqing or whatever else in between. Look for some positive indicators such as more hang,high eq, night/morning wood ,temp expansion in both length and girth however everyone is different so dont expect everything.
 
So the best advise is to take a day or two off and try not to jack off before every pe session. also warm up as often as you can during your session and wrap your penis. if anything scale back on the force of your stretches.
 
best bet is to take another persons advise, take off until you see improvements or keep Peing aslong as you have no pain or anything.
 
mmm depends on how much you want to want to stretch ur penis getting to7 7.5 inches long when stretching is great for a newbie,warming up can really help out a lot...

besides the grip can be important too grabing the glans whit the index and your thumb.besides something that can help are the rotary cranks maybe they can help too, to soften the ligaments..
 
Thank you for the response Longerdick but i already know warming up can help and stretching is great. I'm using the length master and wrapping properly. It just isn't pliable like it was the first weeks
 
Have you checked to see if you have made length gains in Bone-Pressed Flaccid-Stretched in comparison to Bone-Pressed erect? This is a positive indicator. If you still can not gain using the Newbie Routine only means you need more intensity than that average Joe. I would venture into a more aggressive and intense routine. Length is available to everyone but at times adjustments will need to be made.

Last night i had to do an all bundles stretch routinw jusr for pressure
Plus i wanna finish the newbie routine becuase ive never dedicated myself and actually came this close to finishing a 12 week cycle
 
I've just begun with my LM and what I've discovered in this short period of time is that the power/leverage available could literally pull my d!ck out of socket if I'm not careful. Since I'm going at this judiciously, I make certain all other variables are in order...make sure I'm warm and pliable, with each tug/pull/twist I reverse Kegel, I try to hold each stretch until failure/fatigue (about a minute each type/direction) and I never use the same sequence twice (I seem to need to keep my junk guessing).
My best advice tho, is keep experimenting and have as much fun w/it as possible
 
If anyone is lagging in length, not enough strength, slippage, slow to no gains, you need a LengthMaster!

I personally consider once you gain 1.5 - 2 inches you should invest in the lengthmaster. The lengthmaster think of it as the ultimate tool. If you try it now you'll definitely gain but what if you want to surpass 2" gains? maybe you want to gain 3" First finish off with manuals. Listen I gained 2" in 11 months just by doing stretching, just up the intensity on stretches, increase the time you stretch each direction when you think you've stopped gaining and gains will show themselves again.

Lengthmaster is like a last resort if you know what I mean. When you get at least 1.5" or are at least 8 months into PE then i suggest you can buy the lengthmaster. This is my personal opinion because I don't want you to miss out on potential gains from simple manuals. Manuals will normally take a man only up to 2.5" in length and maybe 1" in girth max. After that you can't get anymore intense unless you have a tool like a lengthmaster. With the lengthmaster when you reach your max 2" or whatever you feel like it, the device will help you gain, breaking through the plateau.
