Been super consistent. Length is now up to 8.125". Going HARD on LM bundleds.


Today I did a intense set of LM bundles then stretched HARD in the LM for 3 hours. SUPER HARD. 9.5 inches stretched out to the max. Once that tunica was loose after 3 hours, did my girth routine. Will do some kegels and then hit bed. PE everyday.

So you are flaccid, bone-pressed length is 9.5"? That is amazing!
 
So I'm refocusing on my training and have started my new routine.

Coming out of the SG, I do

1) Length Master session (bundles, stretches, A and Y, Bundled stretching)
2) 6 minutes BM , 6 minutes jelqing. Repeat. 6 Mins BM
3) 10 mins x 2 clamping
4)Post girth clamping for several hours. hourly jelqs and clamp reapplied.
5)Once temp girth decreases, Healing in the SG.

Great news with the BM. Due to my lower hanging balls, I can use it with less discomfort on my balls. Hit a new record in it tonight.

This routine will bring me a lot of gains. Finally, the SG, BM and LM are all working together

Your length master session should come first before using the SG or Silistretcher. You need to do at least 20 mins of length master bundled stretches before wearing your SG or Silistretcher.

At least 20 but if you have time go for another 20 minutes
