So I'm refocusing on my training and have started my new routine.

Coming out of the SG, I do

1) Length Master session (bundles, stretches, A and Y, Bundled stretching)
2) 6 minutes BM , 6 minutes jelqing. Repeat. 6 Mins BM
3) 10 mins x 2 clamping
4)Post girth clamping for several hours. hourly jelqs and clamp reapplied.
5)Once temp girth decreases, Healing in the SG.

Great news with the BM. Due to my lower hanging balls, I can use it with less discomfort on my balls. Hit a new record in it tonight.

This routine will bring me a lot of gains. Finally, the SG, BM and LM are all working together
 
Sounds like a lot but hell you gotta work it. Good luck and let us know your results

Not so focused on length. Length gains welcome though. Want to straighten my dick. Need to build big girth though

So you're doing all your jelqs, and clamping bends to the side right? Also you said "sizegenetics after girth expansion wanes" how long does the expansion stick around for then? Mine sticks for about six hours i estimate

Hours too. I jelq every hour so usually after at least 5 hours I'll throw on the sg to heal and fortify the gains made for each day. Yesterday i had the sg on i forgot i even had it thanks to the vlc.

Not really mate. It burns in the lm. What i get after a day's worth of grinding is a really low hang. Deffo have succeeded in pulling out some inner hidden penis

are you talking about the LM,because im having fun using it n i dont want to stop a single hope i dont get an overstrteching situation here..
 
He was talking about clamping. Just did a session. I use two clamps and I think doing at the end will really BLAST out girth gains. Then I remove the upper clamp, loosen the base one and hey presto; All day clamping :)
 
I want to use a second clamp somewhere midshaft but I think ill bust a pipe there for sure so nah. One day in the future when my cock is all huge with ribs bulging out everywhere maybe ill try it. Or maybe ill need to do it to be like that XD its impressive the type of shit your cock can handle
 
I have them both at the base. 2nd one makes a huge difference. Really ups the intensity.
