I recently clicked down to three teeth, but couldn't go down any further. Incredible pressure bro leaves me sore from the top shaft, and throw in bends pff forgetaboutit. I want to do two clamps spaced out because I feel like that multiplies the pressure by two which is what creates ribs.

Glad to hear you like it. I agree, i love doing bends whilst clamped. Obviously small movements but the LM bundles will help with bending whilst clamped. Looser tunica ya get me fam. 2nd clamp takes it to the next level!
 
Yeah pimp. I feel more confident with my bends though I always try to go for the whole side ya feel me. If I'm feelin a lil.. Froggy ill do a side-up bend. Haven't mastered the side-down bend jus yet but in time
 
Today i did.

Warm up with LM (bundles and stretching )

Clamping 15 mins , 10 mins

Bathmate 10 mins, 10 mins

All day clamping

And now I've just jumped into my healing device sg vlc which is also correcting my curve i can feel it. Vlc gets perfect suction so pulls you straight
 
Experimenting a few different ideas to see how i can use clamping and bm together. Tomorrow i will clamp first to get some extra girth and then power out 20 mins non stop intense in the bm.

I love experimenting
 
Yeah always expand better after I did something beforehand *redundancy fail (turn up,turnt up)*

It is going well. Yesterday I trained really late, like at 1 am. Had a day off the day before so was eager to train. Warmed up 10 mins in the LM, 5 minutes of bundled stretching both sides. Hard core. then did usual clamping routine. Girth up to 5.6. Then 20 mins of BM.

Dick was HUGE!. Put my cockring on and went to bed :D woke up with gains!

Yeah Usually do the bathmate first, but the other day I didn't have time so I just jumped into clamps, and then a little bathmate. That gave me some good expansion too
 
I'm doing it to finish. I enter already with temp girth gains. Dld told me to be careful with the pressure but also said I'm blessed with my work. Needless to say I've finally found the right routine for me. I get to 5.6" EG after training. Few weeks of hardcore consistency and hopefully those gains will cement themselves

took a few days off due to travel. Just finished this girth routine. I love it!
