So I started the newbie routine around mid-August with stats of 5.5" BPenis EnlargementL, 5" NBP and 4.75" girth. After around 3 weeks I measured a 0.3" gain in BPenis EnlargementL and shortly afterwards I gave my GF of 6 years her first A Spot (anterior fornix) orgasm!

I am really enjoying my sex life at the moment and look forward to the way I feel after stretching. I have only done one jelqing session so far but went a bit overboard and did 200 jelqs at around 80% erect. Good stuff MindMuscle! The cardio is so important to Penis Enlargement but not too many see this. The fat pad can cover upwards of 3", just loosing the fat alone would bring massive gains but when doing Penis Enlargement alongside, the gains are monumental. If your gonna wash the car, do the whole thing!
 
There's no feeling like the first time you look down and realize it's not the same as before, though I imagine getting some use out of your gains is great too.
