I'm a newbie and I'm having problems with my routine!

As far as stretching goes you can follow the routine and see all the videos on how to stretch at MoS videos and audio files This will show you every stretching position.

Thank you DLD. I started doing the routine for about three days, I have not completed 3 set yet. I'm letting it grow and improve slowly.

I'm also training my mind at the same time to learn how to deal with stress that staying a long time with jes extender. I want to learn to work in my business while I wear it. But this causes even more stress.

I have to go slow, because I already had stress crisis for exaggerating in daily activities. So take care since then.

I'd like to know, if you had to choose between the newbie routine that I'm following and train your body to use for extended periods the jes extender. Which would you choose?

That considering you have to choose! I know that mixing routines, like dressing the jes for a while and then doing jelquing and then training the pc muscles are the best option (this just by giving an example).

But considering my goals at the moment, I have 16 cm of hard length and desire to reach 18 cm. I read here in the forum that before reaching the girth that you want is better seek to reach the length, and then work to achieve girth.

So considering my goal to reach 18cm within the choice quoted above jes extender vs newbie routine. Which would you choose? This considering that you are required to choose between one of them.

I would consider both and perhaps put together a routine that’s part newbie and part SRT. Between the two routines you should be able to carve out a very nice work out for yourself. Have a look through the two routines and let me know what you think.
 
Hello guys! It is the first time in my life that I write in a forum. I'm 23 years old but for some reason I've never liked these things. Even though I've read forums all my life.

I have an important question to ask you. Has anyone ever used JesExtender yet?

I bought this deal for 3 weeks (It's fucking expensive) and I started to perform the routine recommended by them on the site - According to them it would be possible to gain 10% of length in 3 months of using jes for 6 hours per day, and 25% after 6 months more 8% girth (I'm not sure if a stretcher can increase girth but anyway).

They recommend starting the first week wearing the jes only for 1 hour. In the second week 2 hours. In the third 3 hours and thus increasing.

I'm in the third week and dude ... I'm going crazy.

Using this business for 1 hour was good. 2 hours? A little uncomfortable but nothing I could not handle. Now 3 hours, it's insane. I am stressed and with my mind wanting to climb the walls. It seems that squeezing the back of my glans for a long time causes fear in my unconscious mind. It's like she knows it can "kill my penis." I'm trying to fight it ... But it seems impossible to me at the moment. My extremities get cold.

I'm really disappointed, I wonder if jes's training program is not too extreme for some. The worst thing is that on the site they say that the treatment is 'painless'. Anyway, sorry guys, I needed to vent and alert some.

Now speaking of my pleasure in knowing you. What I really want is to increase my girth. I have a penis around 16 cm, and I'm satisfied with that (Not that 1cm more is not good LOL) I would like to know if there is any efficient method of increasing girth ? I have 13cm of girth and I would like to know if it is possible to reach 16cm.

If anyone has good experiences and you can tell me, thank you! ?


Using a penis extender is very stressful, I will never recommend an extender for length. When doing PE, you need to choose a device that is addictive to use and that brings us to the device called 'length master'. All you need is 1 hour daily to use the length master and you will gain a minimum of 2.5 inches to 3 inches in length within a period of 1 year. You will need a bathmate to help you with girth gains and you can gain a minimum of 1 inch in girth in 1 year. Your PE routine and device should be addictive and not draining your energy. I'm very willing to coach you. I hope you get to see this message some day.
