Hello guys! It is the first time in my life that I write in a forum. I'm 23 years old but for some reason I've never liked these things. Even though I've read forums all my life.

I have an important question to ask you. Has anyone ever used JesExtender yet?

I bought this deal for 3 weeks (It's fucking expensive) and I started to perform the routine recommended by them on the site - According to them it would be possible to gain 10% of length in 3 months of using jes for 6 hours per day, and 25% after 6 months more 8% girth (I'm not sure if a stretcher can increase girth but anyway).

They recommend starting the first week wearing the jes only for 1 hour. In the second week 2 hours. In the third 3 hours and thus increasing.

I'm in the third week and dude ... I'm going crazy.

Using this business for 1 hour was good. 2 hours? A little uncomfortable but nothing I could not handle. Now 3 hours, it's insane. I am stressed and with my mind wanting to climb the walls. It seems that squeezing the back of my glans for a long time causes fear in my unconscious mind. It's like she knows it can "kill my penis." I'm trying to fight it ... But it seems impossible to me at the moment. My extremities get cold.

I'm really disappointed, I wonder if jes's training program is not too extreme for some. The worst thing is that on the site they say that the treatment is 'painless'. Anyway, sorry guys, I needed to vent and alert some.

Now speaking of my pleasure in knowing you. What I really want is to increase my girth. I have a penis around 16 cm, and I'm satisfied with that (Not that 1cm more is not good lol) I would like to know if there is any efficient method of increasing girth ? I have 13cm of girth and I would like to know if it is possible to reach 16cm.

If anyone has good experiences and you can tell me, thank you! ?

I have a JES extender, and I never used it much. Its old now, but the noose system is uncomfortable, and its not easy to use.

Something else I'd like to know. Is there a good routine for beginners focused on increasing girth? Something for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced (Just for me to rate).
And is there any good routine to increase girth with the vacuum pump?

Which is better to lengthen the penis extender or lengthmaster? (I say which one would go faster if I had to choose one of them.

By the way, I was seeing the weights to put on the penis, gamechanger. And I read that you can use it in 20-minute sessions, that's enough already ... Is that true? I prefer something intense and fast, from the time consuming with the extender
 
Thinking of a faster approach isn't always so beneficial. ;)
Combination of Lengthmaster and Silistretcher or other extender, one that you can wear comfortably for a longer time would be logical in one way.
But it still takes time and effort!

You can hang with the Silistretcher or Lengthmaster. Or create your own sock hanger, some members have done that too. One twenty minute session is "just beginning", it's better than nothing, but you should aim for a solid hour of PE for gaining. That being active work. 20 minutes is better than nothing.
Just maximise the active workout with passive healing in an extender or using a sleeve to keep you elongated.

It's best not to crank it to 11 in the beginning but to increase intensity over time for best gains.
Going too hard and fast in the beginning can produce gains but you can also hit plateau sooner than you wanted. And to break a plateau more force is often needed; that's why it's beneficial to go step by step. :)

Anyway, I'm wanting to get the Beginner Routine from the DLD. But I want to know how the exercises are. I did a general search on the forum with the keywords and did not find what I wanted.

As far as the length goes this looks like a great routine, I would add a few things to make it even better which are adding in expressive stretching, erect stretching and most importantly bundled stretching. You can read about how all this works and getting a great education by reading the first post an SRT. It gives great direction to exercise and what it does and what it means

Is it not possible to do this with one's own hand? Do not know something like, an exercise of pulling the penis to stretch it?
 
Did you check the link I posted about the videos? ;) Many exercises are done with your own hand or hands.
But keeping a steady force without the use of a tool can be tricky. And eventually you'd want to upgrade in the intensity anyway.

Take your time on the forums, there's a lot of information, let it wash over you and sink in.

@zeria you got me curious to know whats my girth in cm. Im 15.875. So picky in CM LOL. I would love to reach 8 inches of girth. That would be 20.32CM

Rotary stretches are very simple to do with a flaccid penis pull it straight out in front of you and crank it in circles as if you’re stirring a pot of soup you can stir with big rotations or small.
