Hi,
I am using an UTIMI vacuum pump with 2.75 inches in width and 8.25 inch in length. I want to have a longer cylinder and especially a thicker one. However these cylinders do not exist according to my research.

The Bathmate X50 has a nice length but it lacks the width. It looks like I have to build something from a custom cylinder while attaching a bulkhead of some sort to the top. However this might be difficult since you have to mount it somehow which might mean drilling holes and thus introducing possible leaks.

I am pretty sure other people have this problem as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Bespoke product?

LA Pump, Vacu-Tech, Thickwall, Pumptoys ...Those come to my mind. I suggest searching those companies and contacting them, perhaps one nearest to you. Pricewise I think the range will be relatively same.
Personally to my knowledge Thickwall atleast does products by customer request.

Making a one by yourself is surely a beautiful idea; sometimes bringing it to life isn't so great, depending on skillset, tools available etc..

I hope you'll find the best solution to your situation!

along these lines...I recall seeing a pump that includes (but isolates) the scrotum from the shaft. Anyone see anything like that? I'd like to find the shaft portion at least 9" in length and 7" in girth.

Thanks. Besides my current pump has only 6.5cm inner diameter. I guess the Bathmate X50 vacuum pump should be 7cm on the inside.

Thickwalled pumps looks interesting. They have a 3x10 inch cylinder. Thanks for the company names.

I talked to Steve from Thickwall UK. He doesn't recommend going larger than 3 inch. What is actually the big deal of going as big as you want? Shouldn't there be some space between the shaft and the wall at all times? I mean it is true that only 1/3 of the bottom of my shaft is pressing against the cylinder of 6.5cm (2.56 inch), but I would say that I shouldn't limit this bottom are right now. Sure, there is an approach to catch up first with everything that is not touching the glass but I would say it is best to have room for expansion at all positions. Am I wrong?

There is this cheap 20 $/Euro pump on Amazon "You2Toys Mr Big". It is 30cm long and 6.5cm in diameter. That way I could quickly solve my problem with the tip of my penis hitting the top.

If bigger diameter is actually a hazard then I should probably avoid buying a cylinder for about 100 bucks.

Besides I am satisfied with the cheap pumps. They are made out of plastic, also the pump but it works really well.

I found a protein shaker of 3.5 inch and it will fit without getting to close to the balls. Once you see those diameters on a sheet of paper, you will realize that 3.5 inch isn't that much bigger than 2.5.

My feeling is that my penis responds really well in terms of girth gains. It seems to be difficult to gain in length. So if you ask me I would buy a cylinder as large as possible (which is 3.5inch).

For hydropumping I am using a Goliath by the way. I talked to Bathmate about the girth problems. They don't seem to understand this. If you have a penis of 16cm and a width of 6cm they will calculate the diameter from the equation for circumference of a circle and this will give you 5cm in diameter. It is a little bit weird.

Appreciate any comments.

I am using the new pump for about 1.5 week now. It is bigger than I expected - still it does work and the suction is good. Sometimes the balls get sucked in but that is happening less frequently. The size is a huge psychological factor which I wouldn't want to miss anymore. Obviously smaller would have been just as good in terms of functionality - however that psychological impact is impressive. Let's see how what the future brings. I am still using the small pump because sometimes for warming up and doing some light sets. In the picture you can see a size comparison between Bathmate Goliath 10" x 2.75" , the Thickwalled 10" x 3" and the UTIMI 8" x 2.5".

Bumping!

Great looking set and I hope you've been growing succesfully.

Thanks for the feedback. The pump I picked up at thickwalled might have been too large. It is difficult at times to pump without pumping balls at the same time but I do enjoy this kind of pumping now as well. When I use the Goliath I can't really do a lot of techniques that need very good suction. All these techniques were unknown to me when I bought the stuff. My base girth is now at 17cm = 6.7" when having a normal erection. The base girth goes up to 18.5cm = 7.1" when the penis is filled with a lot of blood and it hits 20cm= 7.9" after pumping. Midshaft girth is between 16 and 17cm. So basically I got a more tapered shaft. I can't tell you too much about growth in girth because I think it is extremely hard to measure and I don't really care about it because length has become more interesting especially since large girth makes decent penis lengths look small. Also I pump for pleasure - gains are not everything for me (and caring a lot about gains makes me uncomfortable because patience is the thing that I have to learn the most). Right now I pump between 2x15 minutes up to 2x45 minutes. After 90 minutes it starts to hurt and I focus on length until the next day.

Anyway, the point is that the pumps might be a little bit too large after all. Back then I was pumping at hight vacuum, nowadays I only go to 3inHG which needs less lengthy cylinders and enables much longer durations of use (it is basically a lesson I got from the Phallosan Forte - less intensity, more volume - later I also found threads in the forum recommending low vacuum). All in all I still believe that more space in a pump cylinder will enable different expansion than it would happen in a smaller cylinder where packing occurs.

That BBS syndrome gotta be a good thing after all as long as its not like the sickle cell syndrome... Last saturady woke up whit a nice hard on tought i had gotten bigger actually felt bigger.

Gained BPEL but i had to stretch that out fecking hate measuring BPEL:p

I don't know whether BBS syndrome is a good thing or not? Does it mean that people won't accept their real size and co-opt devices that are larger than needed? All I can say is that I am conditioning my mind to stop loosing focus on size because it doesn't help as long as you don't see the size you have. Also it takes too long to gain so it is better for me to focus on the journey.

I never use to take pills just to increase the size of my penis, instead, I use hydro pump. Most traditional penis pump depend on air, but as it turns out, water works best for a solid erection! Warm water naturally increases blood flow. This brings a more efficient workout and it acts as a cushion, preventing bruises or penis injuries. Unlike air-based pumps, they promote natural growth evenly in your shaft. This includes penis growth – both for length and girth

Pills and supplements on their own will do little without work.
