Easily to calculate based on the diameter: https://www.omnicalculator.com/math/circumference
With 2.5" measured diameter cylinders you can go up to 7.8 inches girth.
So yes, you definitely are able to pump to 7.5" with the x40.

With gaiter: 7.8" girth possible
Without gaiter: 8.9" girth possible

However, the two people I know that has maxed out their X40 didn't get pass 7 inches base girth. I think the 2.5 cylinders will give 7 inches girth only and not 7.5 inches.

You can't argue against proven science, but good luck ;)
Maybe they hadn't been on 100% EQ or whatever, but definitely not because of a too small cylinder diameter because you can't argue against maths and diameter - circumference calculating.
Another reason could be that they didn't pump correctly and it sucked in lots of skin, so instead of expanding only the base of the dick to 7.5", it expanded the base of the dick + lots of skin.
Next reason would be that your girth shrinks every few seconds when you leave the cylinder. So for measuring 7.5" after pulling your dick out of the cylinder, you maybe would need to have 8" girth pumped in the cylinder. Because in the cylinder a vacuum is sucking your dick, which isn't happening outside the cylinder.

since we will not be dealing with water retention you can go much longer than what is suggested for girth. I would say 30 minutes at a time would be safe. But if you’re feeling pain be sure to stop and check out what’s happening. If things are looking copacetic you can probably go for even more time, just be careful

im pumping for 20 minutes 3sets (1hour total) per day .... is that enough,i know you said 30mins but is that the total time per day or just the length of the set ? thanks again

60 minutes is 60 minutes so you’re just fine. Is the tube narrow enough for you? Are you seeing any temporary elongation after a set?

i am yes .... these slim cylinders are great,i just needed a break from hanging everyday while still working on length

I’m so happy to hear this. What kind of elongation are you seeing after a session?
 
about a quarter of an inch immediately after, ive a 1.75 cylinder but im awaiting a 1.35 cylinder as i feel for my 4 1/2 inch errect girth its not quite slim enough,i also dont go into the pump fully erect ....... i measured myself last night bpel so i will see if i get any results after a couple of months pumping only

Wow that’s good news! With the more narrow tube I guarantee you see twice that. Be sure those measurements are perfect so when you measure again you know exactly what yourgrowth is.
