What size pump cylinder to order?

Gain Length

The rule of thumb is if you are focusing on penis length , order a MityVac pump cylinder in a diameter that is closest to the thickest part of your erect penis girth (see measurements below). The idea is to pack your erect penis in the cylinder and pump so your penis only extends in length since it can't expand much in girth.

Gain Length and Girth

Order a MityVac pump cylinder that is .25" larger in diameter than the thickest part of your erect penis girth. This will allow your penis to expand in girth and length at the same time. Ordering a pump cylinder that is much wider than the girth of your penis is not beneficial and will actually cause you to grow a deformed penis over time. So stick with the recommendations we provide, this is all data collected from pump users over the past 20 years.

How to accurately measure your penis for pump cylinder sizing

Get a piece of string, thread, wire, etc.

Get your penis erect.

Wrap the string around the thickest part of your ERECT shaft or base (whatever is thickest).

For most people, the thickest part of the penis is at the base of the penis by the pelvic bone. In some cases, some men have a thicker upper shaft. If this is the case, measure the thickest part of your shaft.

Mark where the string where it overlaps itself with a pen so that you can see the pen mark on both ends of the string.

Lay the string on a flat surface and measure the distance between the two pen marks with a ruler.

If your erect girth measurement is:

4” to 4.75” Order a 1.75″ diameter pump cylinder
5″ to 5.75” Order a 2″ diameter pump cylinder
6″ to 6.75” Order a 2.25” diameter pump cylinder
7″ to 7.5” Order a 2.5” diameter pump cylinder

7.75” to 8.25” Order a 2.75” diameter pump cylinder

If your measurement is not listed here – Please Contact Us

NOTE: Be sure to use string to measure circumference. A tailors tape or flexible ruler will not provide accurate measurements.

The MityVac standard cylinder length is 9.25 Inches.

Going to buy a mity vac,but I f I buy the 4,75 cylinder,I'm actually 4.75 5 girth what I'm supposed to buy??

Can I order the 2.5 cylinder despite the fact that my base girth is 6 inches? Will I be able to use it?

Secondly, what's the base measurement of the hydromax X40?

Yep you want a new pump yep ask for the features n check them on Google

Yet you haven't found it? I remember from heart that @Big Schwanz Acht mentioned the X40 / 9 being 2.5" in diameter. Of course that measuring is "give or take" as the pump has the gaiter system.

I don't know why to consider the Hydromax though. If it's more readily available compared to the Mityvac, then sure. Basically pumping is about a decent, well-fitted cylinder and good suction. Easy enough to get brake bleeder kit to transform pretty much any air pump to a hydro ...

I want a pump that can take me to 7.5 inches. A member on here has a 2.5 cylinder and he get 7.5 inches base girth right after his session. If the gaitor is removed from the Hydromax X40/9, do you think it can take me to 7.5 inches base girth?

I don't believe that because @Big Schwanz Acht is 7 inches base girth if I understand correctly. If I understand correctly, a 2.5 cylinder is suppose to take me to 7.5 inches girth not 7 inches girth.

What do you think?

Measured my x40 just for you buddy LOL
It's not round at the base, so that's why you get 2 diameters per measurement.

With gaiter: 2.44" x 2.51"
Without gaiter: 2.83" x 2.91"

So - yes, I would count the x40 as 2.5" cylinder :)

I think I've met this member's member in-person.......

Alright thanks for this. But the pump Tuffdong is using is giving him a base girth of 7.5 inches. Can the X40 do the same thing?
