Hi everyone, i recently registered on this forum but i've been doing PE for about almost 3 months from now on, starting in mid December, 2015.
I started with the newbie routine from thundersplace, that i'll further detail below this paragraph, along with a �naked people movies� detox, and i gotta say it didn't work bad on both things, although i think that maybe i can get some more gains with a differente approach from the people on this forum.

My routine right now consists of this:

-> 5-10' Warm up with a heating pad

-> 4 sets of 45'' stretches forward, left, right, down and up (performed in that sequence)
-> 60-90'' helicopter shakes to ease ligaments and sometimes a little more warm up with the pad (2-3')

-> Jelqing with different intensity: i don't care how much time i spend, i just count the reps and that's all.
Usually it takes me about 40', give or take, and depending on the day and the mood, i do about 100-300 slow jelqs with a medium-hard grip, and about 200-400 faster, lighter grip jelqs. slow jelqs for me last an average 3-5 seconds, and fast jelqs last about 1-3 seconds.
The first weeks were pretty difficult to acomplish, as i couldn't find a balance between concentrating on a good exercise performance and a fitting erection level. I would constantly lose my erection (and banning any �naked people movies� visual stimulation just made things worse). But with patience and some time, i think the effort is finally starting to pay off.

->Finally, 5-10' of warm down with the heating pad, and then it's time to go to sleep :cool:

As for kegels, i usually do them anywhere if i can find some time, and consist of about 100-200 sets of 10-15'' kegels along with a few superkegels of about 40-60''

As for the gains, when i started in mid December i was (i converted the dimensions in inches):

6.7 NBPEL / 7.5 BPEL
5.2 EG below glans, 5.63 EG midshaft, and 6.4 EG at the base. (My penis is somewhat tapered, although for some strange visual effect it doesn't look that way at plain sight)

As of now, my stats are:
10/03/2016
7.25 NBPEL / 8.05 BPEL
5.2/ 5.63/ 6.4 EG

As you can see, gains lengthwise are good, nothing to regret, but till now i ain't gained nothing in girth. ZERO.
And that pisses me off, because as i grow longer, my length/girth ratio will diminish and it will make my penis look thinner.
I'll apreciate some advices to build me a new routine starting late march, and maybe add new exercises, or replace some others, i don't know...
I'd like to get to about 7.5-7.6 NBPEL, not much more, but MY PRIORITY IS GIRTH, i want to focus really hard on that, as i'd like to get to about 5.5 below glans and about 5.8-6 inches midshaft, and also in the process reduce some of my upward curved penis (just a little, i don't want to completely straighten my dick).

I'm open to suggestions, and thanks in advance to all of you guys!

That routine is good for a beginner.Stick with it.General tips for PE :

-Stay consistent

-Don't hold back,train hard

-Girth wise,always train 100 % erect.

-No Days off



More advanced manual exercises that you might want to add in your routine :

Length : DLD blasters,foot long stretch

Girth : SSJ

Save some money and puy a BM ( for girth ) or SG/LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging ( for length ).They will do wonders.
 
Welcome to the Brotherhood Daryl Dickson! You have definitely upgraded coming here from T's Place. Nothing like the Brotherhood.

You seem to be well rehearsed with the basics so I do not think you need very much priming to start a much better routine. The best, fastest gaining routine available is SRT, something �other PE site� could not steal from me! SRT is not only a workout it is a rewrite on the methodology surrounding Penis Enlargement. It will educate on so many levels from how and why exercises work, what the fastest healing methods are, how to use tools in a way to create faster gains and much more. I think you are ready for this. Look it over and let me know what you think.

I'll have to take a look at the SRT routine, in a few weeks.
I started adding some exercises here and there.

I added fowfers through the day, to see if i can get better flaccid hang (before PE, except when doing really intense workout, or when swimming in cold water or things like that, my flaccid is about 4 - 4 1/2 inches, never less than 4). I would like to turn that "never less than 4 inches" in a 5 hehehe.

On regards of what is strictly my PE routine, i increased the number of jelqs, most of them done slow, and some of them very very slowly, trying to really get that feeling of engorgement on my dick. Also tried some light erect bends, and some form of slow squash jelqs for the first time, not many, but i would like to gradually add them to my routine.

And now it comes the bad part... maybe i overboarded, and in the frenzy i squeezed too much below the glans when doing the SSJ, because i made some little erosion in the frenulum (you know, just at the middle of that tiny string-like flesh thing). It's not a bleeding wound, and it doesn't hurt throughout the day, but when doing the exercises it really burns some...
I don't know what to do, it's not like it looks bad, but it's the first time i injure myself when PEing and i feel a little afraid
Also, there is some minor irritation just below the glans, on the left side, that i think might be due to too much force when stretching.
Man, i can't help but feel paranoid with all of this, did i messed up my dick with my excess of enthusiam?
I applied some iodine tincture on the frenulum injury and in the glans one. The frenulum burned aggresively for a short period of time just after applying the iodine, but that may be a good sign, because it's healing. The glans injury didn't burn at all, which makes me think it must be a very light wound.
Over nights, i apply a bit of epidermal restorative cream i've got at home, that it seems to be suitable for sensitive skins.

What do you think, guys?
Is there any other remedial or medicament that you apply yourselves for injuries of that kind?
Any other recommendation, apart from ceasing PE till i'm completely healed?

Good news! I healed completely and i went back to the party two weeks ago. And it seems all is going well so far. The bruising and the erosion went away, and as for the moment, i'm doing it fairly well.
I'm doing the routine i followed before, but with some changes added. To the exercises that i already made, i added A-stretches and V-stretches for length, and for girth i'm doing some holds, erect bends and slow squash jelqs thrown in randomly every 20-30 slow lubed jelqs. And man does it feel good. I'm starting to get quite a hang to this, as its so pleasurable. After a while jelqing and bending my dick feels so engorged, so veiny and thick-looking, its like it urges you to stroke and cum. But do not! A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, although sometimes it's so difficult and i end up ejaculating by accident haha!
I never thought that PE will make my dick look so deliciously erotic and desirable to oneself
i guess we're humans after all :p

8 x 6 is, in my opinion, the best size all around. Huge to 99% of the world but not so huge that it is cumbersome.
