Hi everyone, i recently registered on this forum but i've been doing PE for about almost 3 months from now on, starting in mid December, 2015.
I started with the newbie routine from thundersplace, that i'll further detail below this paragraph, along with a �naked people movies� detox, and i gotta say it didn't work bad on both things, although i think that maybe i can get some more gains with a differente approach from the people on this forum.
My routine right now consists of this:
-> 5-10' Warm up with a heating pad
-> 4 sets of 45'' stretches forward, left, right, down and up (performed in that sequence)
-> 60-90'' helicopter shakes to ease ligaments and sometimes a little more warm up with the pad (2-3')
-> Jelqing with different intensity: i don't care how much time i spend, i just count the reps and that's all.
Usually it takes me about 40', give or take, and depending on the day and the mood, i do about 100-300 slow jelqs with a medium-hard grip, and about 200-400 faster, lighter grip jelqs. slow jelqs for me last an average 3-5 seconds, and fast jelqs last about 1-3 seconds.
The first weeks were pretty difficult to acomplish, as i couldn't find a balance between concentrating on a good exercise performance and a fitting erection level. I would constantly lose my erection (and banning any �naked people movies� visual stimulation just made things worse). But with patience and some time, i think the effort is finally starting to pay off.
->Finally, 5-10' of warm down with the heating pad, and then it's time to go to sleep :cool:
As for kegels, i usually do them anywhere if i can find some time, and consist of about 100-200 sets of 10-15'' kegels along with a few superkegels of about 40-60''
As for the gains, when i started in mid December i was (i converted the dimensions in inches):

5.2 EG below glans, 5.63 EG midshaft, and 6.4 EG at the base. (My penis is somewhat tapered, although for some strange visual effect it doesn't look that way at plain sight)
As of now, my stats are:

7.25 NBPEL / 8.05 BPEL
5.2/ 5.63/ 6.4 EG
As you can see, gains lengthwise are good, nothing to regret, but till now i ain't gained nothing in girth. ZERO.
And that pisses me off, because as i grow longer, my length/girth ratio will diminish and it will make my penis look thinner.
I'll apreciate some advices to build me a new routine starting late march, and maybe add new exercises, or replace some others, i don't know...
I'd like to get to about 7.5-7.6 NBPEL, not much more, but MY PRIORITY IS GIRTH, i want to focus really hard on that, as i'd like to get to about 5.5 below glans and about 5.8-6 inches midshaft, and also in the process reduce some of my upward curved penis (just a little, i don't want to completely straighten my dick).
I'm open to suggestions, and thanks in advance to all of you guys!
