Hello im just wandering what does the penis look like after using a Bathmate does it still look normal or does it look weird also are the gains permanent im looking to gain 1.5 inches in length and 0.5 inches in girth i have been jelqing now for 2 weeks and am thinking of giving the Bathmate a go to help with gains thanks.
 
The use of any sort of pumping device can cause tiny blood vessel breakages, producing a buildup of iron under the skin and thus a darker "tanned" look. There is a forum section dedicated to removing this "discoloration" should you need it though.
As for the gains, those you see at first will not be permanent but any temporary gains repeated frequently over a prolonged period will transition into permanent ones. If you stick to a routine, you will gain permanently.
 
It depends on the intensity and time spent in pump. If you go and pump for 30 minutes your penis will be massive but it will be mostly water while if you pump for shorter sets of 5 minutes, countered with jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing you will see much better results with mostly tissue expansion and very little retention.

Hey Alex. You could do that but you'd be downsizing the routine a bit.
Dld is referring to the 5x5x3 routine which he developed for Bathmate users and now Penomet as well.

That's 5 minutes pump + 5 Mins SSJs, times 3 sets.

Each pump set go a bit higher in pump, like PT has stepped gators to make this easy...

Overall its 30 minutes of the most effective girth expansion exercises we've got.

I do this wearing a cockring or you can put one on after to heal expanded.

I'm similar stats and fill out my Penomet which is called Med/large girth at 2.5" diameter . I'm told the x40 is medium girth vs X-40 small and X-40 large, so yes.

I was thinking the x40 for him. His goal is to add more length than girth, so I think the smaller tube would focus the length better for him. My concern would be how much length the x40 can take since I am not familiar with the x40 (I have a Penomet).

Nah, get the Hydromax Bathmate Extreme! it is INSANE!
 
Your best results will be to go in fully erect, and kegel into it. With a light compression on gator I begin to kegel and the vacuum power sucks my penis huge right away. Lil pump, kegel to push out more water... and I'm about +1" in girth and length expanded pretty quick bro. Now, this took me s months conditioning and experience how to pump properly with no air in. By my 3rd set my girth is maybe +2" and wants to fill that tube. Wow.

Extreme you can use the ball pump instead of squashing the unit against your fatpad. You can probably suck air bubbles right out by aiming the tube Up as you pump the ball. I'd still suggest kegeling to push blood into penis as you pump tho.

Experiment a lot and have a lot of fun in the experimentation! The new components make a big difference from earlier models. The new Comfort Pad is crazy secure, the hand pump is a dream come true and the pressure, well the pressure is immense! I will have official readings on PSI and others information within 2 weeks.
 
make sure that your pubes are nice and trimmed. you can also use some vaseline or lube around the seal. if those don't work, you might have A, a defective pump, or B, the pump might be too big for you. I know when I went from the herc to the X-40, that was an issue...the X-40 was just too big on the pelvis.
 
You probably want to start and get a vac seal by pushing the tube against your pubes... the old fashioned way. So squeeze it against you then start with the ball ducking water out to compress that gator more... should be a how to video somewhere, right? X40 video by dld?
 
Might be to big ill try trimming the pubes more that little pip thing what do you do with that I notice you can lock it when you pump do you lock it or leave it open
 
I completely removed the hair from my dick and this time the seal was good left it on for 15 mins but nothing happened my penis didnt expand or anything please help.
