I am starting a progress log to see how im progressing and for feed back. im roughly gonna attempt to go for 90 days or longer (if that's what it takes to gain an inch) my routine is as follows.

AM. Manual stretches
straight down 6 x 30 sec
BTC left 6 x 30 sec
BTC right 6 x 30 sec
straight to the left 3 x 30 sec
straight to the right 3 x 30 sec
A stretches 2 x 30 sec
(no upwards or outwards cause I simply feel nothing)
12-15 mins of Bathmate hardcore stretches

I then use uncle jims tension wrapping all day to heal in an elongated state.

in the PM I do the same manual stretching workout however I only do Bathmate hardcore stretches for 10 mins
so far im up to day 12. starting measurements are 7.5 inches in NBPEL and 6.5 inches in midshaft girth.
My goal is to get to 8.5 in length and im not to worried about girth. I will keep the log going

A few advices by me:

When you use the UJS (the wrapping) you will notice that your vascularity will reduce. You penis might turn blue, purple (bad) or maybe even black (very bad!)- depends on how tight you put it on of course :). But my advice is this: Reaply the wrap every 30-60 minutes to get some fresh blood in your penis. After you get the circulation back to normal- do a set (or if you want more) of BTC stretches in all directions (30 sec standart :)). That would help stretching the ligs better. Good luck and I hope you reach your goal :).

yeah that sounds like a good idea. I hope this PE stuff really works otherwise ill be heartbroken haha

atm I am having doubts as to whether PE really works. it seems to good to be true. think about it...a man can make his penis bigger, that insane. it sounds like a dream come true. I just hope it is true. im gonna put the effort in and hopfully it is legit
 
What? So anything that is good is not achievable.... following your logic, that is. If you do it SMART and with DEDICATION you will gain :).
 
I really hope your right. if I don't gain after 6 months ill be pretty pissed haha.

I keep thinking about how much id love to have a 8.5-9 inch long penis :)

1 month into my manual stretching and pumping routine. ive been following it and haven't missed a day. no gains yet, hopfully I see some soon. any advice please just add
 
good starting measurements. my advice would be to suspend pumping if you don't want girth. if ur at 6.5 and not worried about girth then i dont understand why you bought a pump in the first place, almost everythng about your PE routine should be length orientated, stretching and extending is your best bet if u want length. before u toughen ur tunica too much by stretching i suggest u get a good comfortable extender. pumping will also make it more difficult for u to gain length. stretch and then use extender following, and u will have a much better chance at seeing gains, espeically since ur not that long into PE like me, ive been doing it for almost 2 years and i dont heave too much to show for it, cuz i cant follow rules. but if i could start from the very beginning i would definitely start with an extender.

I have a pump for the Bathmate stretches. apparently the Bathmate itself can bring length gains
 
is it normal not to gain length after 1 month of manual stretching about 30 mins a day?

Everyone is different, but I would say that most people do see gains after one month. Because of your starting size, it's very possible that gains will be harder to make.

How are your PI's? Do you have morning wood and high EQ? Or do you turtle badly and have soreness?
 
well I have sore ligaments after stretching cause my entire stretching routine is based on downward and BTC stretches, I want to loosen the ligaments and pull out internal penis. when I stretch up I feel nothing so I just don't bother with upwards stretches, what do you think of that? I still get morning wood etc. how long do you think it could take at longest to see length gains? I want to get to 8.5 inches in length (9 would be a dream). im taking a leap of faith to even do all this PE stuff because I don't know if it even works, im just hoping it does work
