My fault for not being careful and reading instructions correctly . I guess when I first got into PE, all I read was the success stories on Pegym and that gave me confidence . If only I read about the injurys . Kinda weird how one part of your life can change within a few minutes / hours and effect the rest of your life .

Indeed he will. Everything is possible, just put your mind to it. And this is not as good as your life can get, we are resilient men, we will always do what is necessary to improve ourselves. Sometimes it is hard to see or believe in the beginning but with commitment it all falls into place.

I'm doing the exact routine you did right now, JP90, I've stuck to it because I don't like quitting things and it's just for conditioning. Going for ward from here, start on 20 jelqs then progressively move up and up, to a point where you are comfortable and PI's are good. Monitor PI's like a hawk, make sure nothing hurts when you are jelqing and don't jelq too hard at first.

I appricate the advice man, but Jelqing isn't for me . I wasn't rough at all with my penis . I'm scared and never want to Jelqing penis ever again . Living life without prefect errections and little enjoyment out of sex isn't the end of the road . If I get better , I'll be so fucking happy . If not , I'll just move on with my life and try to be happy .

Thank you bro . That means so much :) it's been a hard 2 days . My errections have been lacking . I tried watching ���� yesterday , nothing . I watched more right before falling asleep, and only got a 60 % hard on but my whole dick was thin... It's like the sides of my dick couldn't expand . Would of been a Perfect picture of the term " pencil dick" Scared me but I went to sleep . I woke up and started posting on PE gym updating them when I suddenly got a decent errection again . Maybe 75 to 80%, but a full thick one :) ...then I got another one a few minutes later ^~^ As long As I can still get boners , I'll be happy .
 
Just stay positive don't stress about your penis, do EQ exercises like jelqs and kegals and like DLD said you will be fine
 
Sorry but a lot of it is in your head.

You mentioned having depression/anxiety in the past and needing meds.... I have to say you are being hypersensitive to the injury you've had and its stressing you out.... I know because I had an injury scare last year and because of my panic disorder I blew it out of proportion.. and it actually made my dick worsen... and created a really viscous circle....

Your dick mechanically works fine... theres no reason to think you've done major damage as this is a strong indicator that you haven't

Which yoga and meditation do you do specifically before training??

It would help me immensely. ... I constantly have negatibe thoughts during training like my dick is about to detach or ill end up with permanent pain etc etc

I also got a swollen vein when I did jelq. That's one exercise I hate so much. SSJ over jelq anytime anyday.
