I believe in high intensity stretching and then you need this type of schedule in order gor the penis to heal snd grow. Remethst the healing portion of Penis Enlargement is as important. I could not do every day. But it worked out for me.

You're an inch above average! Lose the fat pad and gain .25 inch and you will be at the most desired size for most women
I don't really have a big pad to lose
I need to gain that in training
and .25 is not much for my satisfaction and my self-confidence
I need to gain at least 1 inch so that I will be satisfied

I can't get a good grip in my hands to stretch that hard

I will explain it deeper later. But how you lay out your program is important. Your goal is to get to Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches. Becouse in this position you will gain fastest. But you need to do it right. I wrote about this before. I will try to find it.
 
Here it is.

The key is 5 minutes stretches when you start Downward Bundled Stretches. This will maximize temporary elongation.
