I would like to have lots more stamina whilst having sex. I have read alot on here and saw one thread that actually said kegels can make you ejaculate quicker? On the same thread it was discussed that edging is the best exercise/workout to cure premature ejaculation.

First of all, what do you guys think?

Secondly, can you explain to me what edging is, I think I have a good idea but not completely sure?

Having a stronger PC muscle does not ensure lasting longer. It is how you use the PC muscles that matter. For most men, a total relaxation of the PC muscles slows orgasm but for others a constant squeezing is what works. It is more mind control when it comes to lasting longer.

Edging and balooning is the same thing, they are for increase sexual endurance and sexual desire, basicaly while you mastrubate when you come to the point you wanna release, you dont, repeat that two more times, thats it, highly reccomend not to release.

Ok thanks. I will read the stuff from 10 inch after this but just have a question. When you say " highly recommend not to release" , you mean bring yourself to the point of ejaculating a few time but never actually do it, even at the end? I have read a few places to do this as it is the best way to increase sexual endurance .

Also, I see on your profile it says u gained over 4 cm from doing just footlong stretches. How long did this take you? I'm now starting the newbie routine but have heard good things about footlong stretches so I may incorporate them into my routine in a few weeks or so. Do you not even jelq?

No.. i choose not to release, because when im with my women im doing this all over again .. then after a few times i release with loads of cum. If you have regular sex you can do this with her, so you basicaly have sex and train your dick for max endurance. Damn man with all the stuff we have here at mos we can easily pass as ���� stars LMAO

Thats great. Jelqing is really only important if you want to gain girth. It is also good for your circulation which aids in better erections. The Footlong Stretches are HERE.
 
this new exercice sounds great, it gives a more powerfull streching, stronger!!
 
Kegels and Edging are effective exercises to cure premature ejaculation. Edging is safe masturbation technique. Do it for 20 minutes before ejaculation.

Without Kegels it becomes difficult to gain good size with proper eq. As the penis gets larger it demands better blood flow. If men enlarge without practicing Kegels they will find themselves not being able to get 100% eq. Kegels can be done at anytime so there is no excuse for not doing them.
