Not sure if this has already been thought up and posted just delete the thread if so but I randomly did this for fun yesterday and will continue to do it, this will be a very familiar workout for the first half.

100 quick kegels = base of pyramid
50 5-second kegel holds
1 1-minute kegel hold
1 1-minute reverse kegel hold = peak of pyramid
1 1-minute kegel hold
50 5-second kegel holds
100 quick kegels = base of pyramid

I'm sure if you didn't understand the name of the thread you probably have figured it out now.

Sounds like a good way to bring the penis to fatigue pretty quickly. This would be a good routine right before doing length.
 
I do 500 quick then 20 held for 15 seconds and then 2 for 2-3 minutes....I get in 2000 or more a day...rock hard every morning

It's been pretty intense on the pc muscle so far, the reverse keel hold seems to make the burn go away so that you can get ready to go back down the pyramid, maybe it would be better to leave it out so that you get an intense burn through the whole session?

Sounds good and if it works for you stick with it. As far as reverse kegels, I focus on those during edging. Master this and you can cum when you want to and have better control of your erection.

This will sound SOOOOO stupid. But i want to do it correctly and i dont trust random sites. This is the place i would trust most with my manhood.

What is the proper technique for kegels and how should if feel when i am doing it?

If you over train your PC muscles you will be in a state of fatigue, this is the perfect time to stretch. Fatigue will last anywhere from 6-12 hours.

It is tough to overtrain in length but it is smart to ask question! I am glad I could help.
 
erection quality is so important, i want to make sure i do kegels correctly.

when i do a regular kegel, i feel fatigue in my taint region and close to my ass....is this normal?

when i do a reverse kegel, i feel it in my lower abdomen....is this correct?

This thread is going into Google Chrome Bookmarks folder, this is good plan, works similar when working out in gym, quick results are benefit of pyramid work.
 
While this is a good routine, I think this just makes things complicated. If you are going to kegel, just do as many as you can throughout the day and do not worry about the number. The only time you really need to worry about the number of kegels you do is if you are shooting for a minimum.

I am doing my session of kegels and reverske kegels for an hour in a day, but this isn't bad how I see it...
 
I agree with you, should be done through the whole day. Since you don't have to be doing something specific to do them you can do that anytime while walking, working, watching TV, in the classroom and any other place.
