Hey um I was about to start this whole stretching program
I'm currently at 7x6.5
So based on some stats I've read I don't need more girth
And seeing as during my quick run through of excersizes
The jelqing process hurt and made me feel like I was gonna pop
Is it possible for me to make good and full gains
But only in length?
So can I only do the length exercises and still gain length?
Just wanted to make sure

Yes length only exercises are fine. However I still recommend jelquing lightly to keep good blood flow and kegals will help keep your erection strong as your penis will fatigue from the stretching.
 
Girth exercises will help with length gains, but if you prefer not to, it's not absolutely necessary.

In reality girth work does nothing for length. I don't know why this concept keeps getting propagated around the community. I've seen ZERO proof of it in 12+ plus years of actual experience and coaching and seeing legit progress measurements and pictures.

A length only routine is just fine and there are plenty of examples around this forum. Just read around and find what suits you.

I won't dispute that. I'm not speaking so much from experience as I am from info I've read on the forum, from whom I believe was DLD...
 
Here is what i noticed in my growth... I wore an extender only... no other exercises except a jelq workout once a week, more for a massage than anything else. Did this for around 10 months around 4 hrs a day taking a week off here and there but pretty consistent. My first gains from this was Girth! I got thicker before longer... about week 6 i could feel with my hand that i was thicker... kept wearing it and and gained 1.5 inches in length with no more girth gains as of last measurement in early Aug. I have amped up my workout since finding this forum. I am stating this just so you know you may have girth gains regardless at first... I would guess i gained .05" in girth but never measured becoz i was after length.

Completely incorrect. First, Still you have been in the community for 9 years, not 12...not sure if that is self-promotion but lets keep the numbers honest. All girth work effect length, a penis can not grow one way without growing the other. If you expand your penis width wise your penis has to expand length wise. I did a study on this called THE Penis EnlargementNIS IS A BALLOON NOT A ROPenis Enlargement Read it over and get some good information on the topic.

I haven't been around even close to 10 years, so my experience is mostly what I read.

I do feel however that the guys who mainly clamp rarely make length gains (after that or at least during that period). Check Zulus or KingCobra's Logs for instance.

There are plenty of men that have only jelqed or used the Bathmate that have gained length during the process of getting thicker. Girth DOES effect length. Clamping may be different and I have no experience with that but Clamping will also cause extreme discoloration, something I do not want.
 
I have gained a bit less than half an inch in length just by doing manual girth exercises for a few months this year.
