I wish jelqing while 100% was safe because while doing my jelqs I'm usually end up being 100 percent erect then I wait awhile to get down to 60-80 percent. Anyone jelq at 100 or what are some good percentages to jelq at.
 
I jelq at 100%, find it the most effect. I'm pretty sure DLD does too.
I don't believe you can get injured, just start with 100 a day and work your way up though
 
I am 100% certain that DLD jelqs at 100% erect. He has said it many times. If you search the site, i'm sure you'll find several instances of him confirming this.
 
DLD may jelq at 100 percent, but what works for one guy might not work for another.
I personally prefer jelqing around 50-70 percent, and feel that erect jelqing doesnt work for me.
Granted, this is just how it FEELS for me, I have no idea whats actually effective.

I jelq at 100% most of the time, the only challenge is not cumming
 
I jelq at 100+% i kegal AND stroke the head to get the hardest erection when i'm done it's alot thicker. Ulis and horse squeezes too.
 
My opinion on jelqing 100% is based on pretty basic math. If I jelq at 80% and get 20% expansion my penis is staying at the 100% mark expansion wise. If I train at 100% and get the same 20% expansion then I am really doing something.
 
Like clamping and other riskier movements, fully erect jelqing isn't something that should be done by beginners. As stated on this thread, if you're going to do it, work up to it gradually.

I think I may have gone 3 week in the beginning of my Penis Enlargement where I trained below 100%, after that I went hard for everything. What are the reasons for 100% jelqing being risky? Thanks.

The pressure necessary to effectively jelq a fully erect penis is usually much greater than normal. There's little malleability so you have to make your own using your hands. Done with too little pressure, you won't get much out of it. Done incorrectly or with too much pressure, it can lead to injury.

Well said. I only jelq(I started recently after pumping) at 100%. The penis tissue expands, it doesnt "tear&repair" like most might explain to you. After continues expansion it will adapt to the larger state. It is a self defense mechanism our bodies have. I read a ton of shit on the human anatomy cause I get bored easy,figured learn some new shit.

EXPANSION is the goal. I do reverse kegels holds(20-45 sec. each rep) as well while ballooning and after I end each rep my unit is throbbing from the expansion making room for that extra blood. This is the only way I gain. Give it a try!

I also only do it at 100% to prevent TN. at full erections your less likely to pull too much of your sack into the movement.
 
Maybe this is why I never got any TN, I have always gone erect.
 
I find that when I jelq at 100% i receive only very minimal expansion, or at least this is what it looks like to me. Is this normal? Should I be squeezing a bit harder? I guess my question is, how can you tell if your jelqs are effective when at 100%, as it doesn't always look like much is going on.. ?
 
The harder you go the more intensity that will need to be used. When the penis is fully erect it will take very tight squeezes and strokes to infiltrate the tunica and erectile tissue. If you are finding it to be too difficult back up a bit on the hardness.
