ivebeen doin pe for the last 5 months on and off. I didn't warm up tll this month but I haven't seen any results. I started in January with the penomet than I threw in some of dld hardcore bathmate stretches. and im away from my penomet. I stopped all that and started again as a pure newbie. I started doing the newbie routine the beginning of this month and I still have not gained. I really wanna move on from the nwbie routine and do dlds 1 inch in 12 weeks but I know I should atleast give this workout another month or two. its just im pretty discouraged cause everyone seemed to have gotten great gains from the newbie routine but I cant get anything at all. im nbpel 5'8 at my max and my bp is 7 in. my goal for npel is 7 in. I wanna get that by next febuary or march. my short term goal within the next 2 or 3 months is 6 in nbpel.

I would say a month of the Newbie Routine will produce little more than flaccid stretched bone-pressed gains. Give yourself 3 months to see significant gains. But, you can jump into the gain and inch in 12 weeks routine right away, it is a far superior routine to the Newbie Routine. I also suggest you read through and take the advice found in SRT thread. These things will definitely get you and keep you growing.

So i shouldnt get stressed or discouraged? Im just worried cause everyone here seems to have gained so much from the first couple weeks.
And i was gonna do the newbie routine till i get home so continue it till august 2nd or september 2nd than1 inch in 12 weeks. But is there any advice for a hardgainer? Is 7 in still possible?

I won't say you are a hard gainer because you were never consistent. It's up to you if you want to stick with the newbie routine for a while before moving to the SRT routine but one thing you must know is that you won't make any gains if you are not consistent. In a period of 30 days, you can only take 3 days off and this 3 days cannot be close to each other, they need to be spaced out.

Pumps aren't for length. You might get 1/4 inch, but you need to focus on stretching for length. I bet you've gained girth from pumping because that's what it is for.

But i did the newbie stretches before the penomet routine but i never warmed up properly i think.
And do i need rest days? Ive been stretching every day.

I think you best bet is to get into the SRT Routine. There is no way you will not gain if you follow SRT and remain consistent. PE takes consistency, for most I suggest 7 days on no days off but some can't handle this, in those cases I suggest trying an every other day workout or a two days on/ 1 day off routine. I would not go less than these suggestions as the penis needs to see constant elongation and expansion to grow most efficiently.
