I like reverse kegel holds whilst stretching as it pushes out the inner penis.
Do it right and you will feel your dick stretch out more.
I don't know whar the concensus is on regular kegels but I avoid them when stretching. I like the pelvic floor remaining as relaxed and loose as possible
I don't think kegels while stretching will bring you any benefit but i know reverse kegel while stretching is going to benefit you a lot since you unflex the PC muscles and you can stretch much better ( see DLD blasters ).

You should do more videos. You come across really well and articulate and just through watching this, I have learnt useful information. A clear, well presented slick video such as this one really is so valuable as a lesson, especially compared to a large block of text!

Look up pnf stretching. it explains why when you are stretching, and then you keep kegeling while holding the stretch and release the legal you stretch farther.

Maybe? I'm not familiar with the blastrdThe concept of PNF stretching is one of the most efficient manners of stretching on any scientific study I have scene.
This is the example I like to use. Bend over and try and touch your toes. Only go to where you can't go farther but not in pain or going to hurt yourself. Now it sounds sili while still trying to touch your toes clench your button checks for 10 seconds. When you let go of the clinch while still trying to touch your toes you should be able to go farther. There is a scientific reason why it works but I don't have the time this moment to bring it up. But if that is how blasters work scientificly you now have pnf stretching to explain how it works and reason to do it as its proven efficient
