I'm only 25. I've seen about 6 urologists now and not one of them brought up the prostate as I thing to be concerned with. I think that's something you worry about when you get a bit older.

Urologist are just like the rest of us, they take their best guess. Have your prostate checked, yes they check it as you get older but its about 20 seconds of a doc showing a few fingers in ya to make sure everything is kosher. Worth the time.

Let me reiterate, I'm very concerned about the pain, numbness, and glans paleness I am still experiencing 11 months after hanging. I don't really see why prostate talk is happening here when I'm very clearly suffering from something else..

I stated the prostate because of your urination issues. As far as the numbness, paleness or pain I would still make the assumption this is a PE related injury and you should take time off. There are things you can do to help this along. Massage and heat are very good with soreness. Numbness would point to nerve damage, which makes sense, in this case time is the biggest factor, nerve damage take time to correct itself, but it will happen. The paleness of your head I have no clue on. Maybe a permanent discoloration from hanging? Not sure.

But what makes you so confident, that you're "suffering from something else"??? And the reason why the prostate talk is happening now, is because, from day one, all these posts and replies, about every symptom under the sun, that you're having.....you never once mentioned this problem peeing!! Nobody here is psychic.....we can only go by the info you provide. That being said......I think also, that you should have it checked......babies don't smoke......but yet, somehow, they're born with cancer, every day, and yes......even lung cancer.....sad fact! Anyway, just because you're young.....doesn't mean your prostate is tip top! 30yr olds die of heart attacks, every fucking day! Another sad fact! And I want you to consider this.......what does your prostate do, besides it's urine related functions........yep, that's right.........ejac!!! Now, maybe the average age, for prostate issues, is 40's or 50's.....can't remember right off.......but, I'd say 90-95% of men, don't jack off 5 times a day!! Most, truth be told, don't do it once a week! I believe the average is supposed to be in the couple, to few times a week.....once again, can't remember right off.......but going by that....the way you've described your "need to masturbate"..........you could very well be the proud owner, of a 40 yr old prostate!!! I'm no doctor, but, I say it's possible, it's at least a contributing factor! Sometimes dude, you've just got to tell yourself......I don't know everything........... This is the way I look at it.......myself included, when I have questions........if you've got a problem, and haven't been able to resolve it.......and you don't know what exactly the problem is, it you would have it resolved by now, then you don't know what the problem ISN'T either! Think about that....... Lol, every time we lose the remote, and I go to looking places like the stove and fridge, as a last resort, lol.....my wife says, "oh my God, it's not in there".....and I tell her basically what I just told you.......look, if you don't know where it is, you don't know where it isn't!! Good luck dude.........take the advice.....have it checked!!

Now that's some good shit!!🤔

I have to agree that this problem seems to be revolving and redundant. I wish I could help further but there is nothing more I can put forward but my prayers. I really hope you get this under control.

The paleness is not a permanent thing. In December, almost all my glans color came back. Shortly after masterbating and losing my color again, I went on daily Cialas for 3 weeks. This kept my glans pale, bad EQ, and introduced base pain. I am now off the Cialas, but these three symptoms persist.

This is a very scary situation that I really can't tell anyone. Just last night I broke down, crying for hours. The unsettling part of this is that I still don't exactly know what's wrong. I have no idea if my erections will continue to get worse. I will continue to comment on here for my own mental health, don't feel obligated to respond. I just have little support outside of these forums.

Cialis caused me nothing but problems, an urge to urinate and I couldn't, anxiety, impotence and other terrible issues. I switched to Viagra and I never had this issue again. Have you tried Viagra?

As mentioned before, THIS emotional aspect of your issue alone can be contributing to much of your problems. As hard as it may be, you might benefit from taking a rest from anything "penis" related for awhile and focus your mind on other things. You're not going to do yourself any good and will only cause yourself harm if you continue to spiral downwards in an increasingly depressed state.

Second this, find something else to occupy what would have been penis time and that also provides good mental focus so your mind wont wander.

Ya I kinda keep spinning, thinking my situation might get worse.. when in reality I think my symptoms will get better. I've been making a lot more music instead of jacking off, so there's that.

I have a prescription for 20mg daily viagra. Haven't tried it yet though, kinda scared to after what Cialas did to me. Can I ask, why did you need to start taking viagra? Was it injury related?

Cialis did nothing to you, you just do not jive with it, like myself. I think, if we are similar, the Viagra is going to solve the erection issues. It is good you are replacing a bad habit with a good one, very smart. It is never good to leave a void in our lives, always fill it with something that will improve you.

I will pray for you and I hope that clears much of this up!

So finally got some real advice over at PEGym.com. Turns out I have an extremely tight pelvic floor (bulbacavernous muscle is clamping down on nerves, arteries, etc.) Hindi squats and reverse kegels have been helping me recover (more sensitivity, better EQ, less pain).

I think.....no, I know, that you were told, over, and over, and over, to work on your pelvic floor, and if I'm not mistaken, Hindi squats were brought up too. But hey, I'm sure MoS isn't for everyone........sounds like pegym is where you belong! Lol. I'm just curious what the reason was, for bumping this thread........it obviously wasn't to thank anybody for their help oulr concern, and I honestly hadn't thought about it even once, since the last post. Anyway.....glad something is working.

bulbacavernous? This is only one very small part of the Pelvic Floor Muscles. You were also told originally that you needed to increase strength here, so the advice you got at PEGym you took but from us you chose not to? Confused why this is?

erections are easy to fix, do kegels
