Ok so I just got back from the ultrasound. Doc says no venous leak, no penile scarring. However, artery inflow is low, it's in the 20s (good inflow is in the 30s). Could this be the constricted PC pushing on the arteries? I also feel numbness that goes away if I don't masterbate. They injected me with tri mix and my penis feels constricted, numb. My doc says it might be a pelvic floor issue, but he's not sure. He says "use it or lose it". However, I will abstain from masterbation for one month, and do Hindi squats/reverse kegels. Would love to hear a comment back from you guys
 
Do your Hindi squats and reverse kegels. Make sure you are working out, lift heavy weights and get enough cardio. Fix your diet. You might as well fix your whole body, the quality of your erections is a good indicator of your overall health. But leave your dick alone.

Right now you're in recovery mode, focus on getting better and don't even think about Penis Enlargement until you've gotten better.

Getting back to my original suggestion, refrain from masturbation and work on building the pelvic floor muscles. You need major strength in gaining the best erections. Your inflow will be greatly effected by kegel work and this is what your doctor meds with "use it or lose it" Work solely on improving eq and once you have corrected this you can move on.

Praise the lord he is finally following advice we gave him. It only took him forever.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.......but if you do refrain from the Kegels.......I'd think you should still do the Reverse Kegels........your pelvic floor, could be really imbalanced.......
 
If you have pelvic floor issues, leave your penis alone and do lots of Hindi Squats. Practice belly breathing in which you lightly push with a Reverse Kegels.

When you start getting erections again on your own, THEN start doing a novice stamina based routine. After your EQ is back to its prime, then only consider doing PE again.
 
On pegym.com, I was advised to stay away from kegels right now. I can get erections on my own, but my eq really sucks (head won't completely fill up, won't be as long, won't be as girthy). My pelvic area feels so sore. The worst part imo is the pale penis head. I know that if I leave it alone the color in my head comes back. I'm confident that you guys are right about the tense pelvic floor. My eq fluctuates way too much to be anything else.

I read on another forum that a muscle relaxer before bed might help too. I bought some tennis balls last night and plan to sit on one (taint area) everyday for a little bit to release pc muscle tension. I also started swimming, doing a lot of breaststroke. I think I'm doing reverse kegels correctly (pushing out pee/pushing out poo feeling) and Hindi squats for a few min everyday. I'm gunna buy an electric heating pad today. And of course no masterbation. Anything else I can do?

Yes, that's correct about the Kegels. And if your pelvic floor is tense, then in my mind, reverse kegels, would be what you need, as all it basically is, is un-clenching those muscles....it's a voluntary, relaxation......and if the head is white, and thin, there is a lack of blood...and when you do your Kegels, it will push blood in, every time. I say start heavy on the reverse, if you feel very tense there, and very likely, you've got an imbalance.....and then after a week, or so, I'd Kegel like hell!! Both ways! Alternate.....one, then the other......that's the way I do it a lot. It takes practice, to be able to switch between the two, and do it smoothly, and quickly. That should really help the blood flow though.
 
Bloodflow is the key ingredient, so if you're a smoker, quit. Drink lots of alcohol, cut-back. If your general health is poor, eat better and exercise. Everything in your body is inter-connected and each system depends on each other. Today's society is so sedentary, do whatever you can to get your heart pumping and lead as healthy a lifestyle as possible...you penis will thank you :)
 
Another thing I believe I would do, as mentioned here before........I think I would do some VERY LIGHT Jelqing. Not the try to pinch it in two, make it look like a balloon, max expansion jelq......but just a mildly firm grip, nice and slow, just to open things up through there....... The glans, is nothing more, than the end, of the CS......the spongy chamber on the bottom.........so, the blood, has to move through there, before it can reach the glans.........so, I believe, if it were me, I'd focus on the Reverse Kegels first, and see if some of that tension goes away, and then I would do light jelqs, and at the same time, do your Kegels, and Reverse Kegels, with each jelq....one forward, one reverse......good luck dude!! You'll get better!! And remember.....stay positive! Your dick's physical condition, instantly improves, as soon as your attitude, and outlook does......that's everybody.......so stay positive!!
 
I spoke with another urologist on Monday. She seems to think I have micro tears along the penile arteries. She said that this usually takes 12-18 months to recover from.

Tell her that micro-tears in all penile tissue are the way penis enlargement gains are made and they take 24 hours to repair, not 12-18 months! That is just poor advice on so many levels. I would ask for you money back.

Alright, I spoke with the urologist who actually performed the ultrasound and he said that there is "no evidence of arterial tearing". This is great news: no venous leak, no scarring, no arterial problem. Tomorrow it'll be two weeks since I've jacked off and finished (a new record for me). My penis definitely feels better. Some color has returned to my glans. EQ still sucks, but I assume it will continue to improve as I abstain from any sexual activity. I have also been doing my reverse kegels, hindi squats, tennis ball massage, heating pad, and swimming often.

At this point, the doctors don't know what's wrong. So I have to assume that the next logical thought would be that this is a muscle injury. I really hope to god you guys are right. My plan is to abstain from sex/masturbation for a month.. but should I wait longer? Maybe 6 weeks?
