I haven't been.doing.my.manuels just extending.and.light stretching.the rest of.the day....... :(
 
Good morning mrchino. I think you should consider starting a thread in the Routines and Progress section that way you can share your thoughts without needing to start a new thread everytime you want to share one. And we can also follow your progress better.

Exactly and its tough for us to give you accurate feedback if your progress is scattered in different threads throughout the forum.

You're getting some work done. Don't worry you just need motivation. What would pump you up the most? Need to hear bad stuff or good stuff.
 
quick.question how.bad is a cold.penis head it gets Cold at 2;30min in.the extender I take off jelq twill.warm.and.then put.it back.on is that ok?

2 30min sessions? Depends on you, the head attatchment you are using (strap or noose)and how tight it is. But generally speaking if its under an hour you should be fine.
 
For the abbreviated period, (less than two months) that I used my extender, I would remove the upper portion and allow the circulation to re-warm the head...I don't think it's a good idea to let it get too cold, that just means there's no blood supply and that's what nourishes the cells. Although it's a complete PITA, I'd suggest taking it off every hour or so

thats not bad, just give your penis some blood again by massaging it or swinging it around. what you're doing with the jelqs is totally OKAY!
