I have quite a visibly thinner base than the rest of my penis. It is also quite weak and I lose my erections quite quickly..I almost feel like I have to forcibly force blood into it to maintain it. I'm really most concerned about the thin base..because I think it may be irreparable. I am 21 years old, and I smoke and drink, and I've had some bad habits involving drug use which I more or less kicked. Growing up I always wore underwear to sleep and very very rarely removed them at all except when changing until I was about 12 or 13. I really don't think that the base was this much thinner before. I have tried jelqing exercises before and I believe this may have contributed to increasing the difference? I used to masturbate quite frequently, multiple times a day. I pretty much have very rare morning wood and if I do it is not full. I'm really, really scared about the base thing though, and the curve to the left is quite noticeable. Is there irreversible damage?
 
I have a similar situation as you. My penis is baseball bat shaped with the thickest part being the head and right under. I also lose my erection quite quickly and rarley have morning wood also. Although sometimes I still do get it. I believe mine is a combination of my job, and desensitization to ����/women/masterbation. I decided to quit ���� and masterbation all together and "reboot" so to say. I'm about 3 weeks in and past few days have been more horny than usual. It's all connected to the dopamine receptors and seems the reboot is actually working for me. Might want to give it a try.

firstly stop your bad habbits like smoking and drinking if you want your body to work better that would be a good place to start. You can order a bathmate if you want to massively beef up your base, in the mean time start kegels ASAP. they will give you more sexual stamina and over time could even thicken your base.

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest inner penis stretching. I don't know why it'd help but I think it would.
 
expressive stretching grabbing the penis from its base and pulling the inner penis out is a bit weird ive tried that before n the sking around the tests get stretched,those exercises are great but tkes time to perfect them.
 
In my manual stretching I stretched straight outwards rather than in a direction with the penis flat against the body, I ended up freeing some internal penis.. some ppl say their internal is thicker than their outter, in my case it was not, so then I was left with the task of thickening the base.

Jelq to get erect - you know the drill, make an 'O'K sign with your left hand and close it around the base of your penis as tight against your body as you can. Close it tight around your shaft. Keep it there. The idea is to not let the blood flow back out of your shaft as you continue to jelq with your right hand and kegel as you do this so you pump as much blood as possible. You should overfill the veins and your head should be very dark in colour as it packs with the red-stuff.
Find some new ���� that you are into, but pause or minimise the window if it takes you past 85% close to shooting your load.

The idea here is to build pressure in the base while restricting the bloodflow with your hand so that you are upping the pressure at the base. You'll have to do this for at least 30-45 minutes -let it go when it feels deadened or painful at all.
You'll know you did it right because at the end of the session you'll feel a dull slight ache in the shaft of your penis.

If you get tired to hold with your left hand attempt to clamp the base with the right and work out a way of jelqing with the left.
I find you get this way round with the hands to work best when I reverse 'OK' jelq with the left - that means my inner palm is facing away from my body as I move the hand over the shaft.

Some of the best things you can do to thicken the base of the penis is to practice heavy downward stretching, LengthMaster or Hanging work. The penis almost immediately becomes thicker when you practice heavy downward work. Expressive Stretching will also bring a great deal of thickness to the base.
