Ive been using the SG & the Bathmate 5days a week and i haven't gained anything yet. My flaccid length looks a bit longer, but my erect length hasn't changed, and my erect girth hasn't changed. The only time my girth is changed is when im fresh out of the Bathmate and for a few hours after wards. I've been using them both together for about 12weeks now so im not really sure what the problem is? A bit discouraging after 3months and nothing to show for it by bruises and scars. Trying to figure out what the next step is.

What is your routine right now? Most likely just need to change a few things up to get you gaining. You will get there and we will be sure.
 
Same thing happened with me I was using both for 3 months and hadn't gained anything exept a little bit of girth. I ordered the LengthMaster and have beeing using for 3 1/2 weeks and i am hitting new highs on the Bathmate now. I haven't measured though so Im not sure if I have actually gained but i will measure the end of next month. I say get the LengthMaster. The stretches are fuckin intense and I just know that in 2 more months with using everything (sg, Bathmate, and lengthamster) that I will have gained for sure. The question is how much will I gain.

LengthMasters on back order now:( Expecting a new shipment any day.
 
my routine is 5days 2hrs-2.5hrs in the SG and 5days in the Bathmate. I just ordered more rods for the SG so they should be coming within the next week. That'll make it easier for me to get to new levels with the SG....in terms of the Bathmate i dunno what to do with it. Maybe my girth workout is to light at the moment? All im doing is using the Bathmate for 20mins 5xs a week....maybe i need to add some jelqing into the mix? Im not gonna stop as i want to obtain my goals and dont want to waste the money/time i've already put into it all....just trying to figure out how to break past this plateau.

By all means work in supersets of manual girth work! Cut your session time down to 10 minutes and follow up with another 10 minutes of jelqing (Slow Squash Jelq if you really want to get serious.) After a bit you may want to step up the sessions but for now stick to the 10/10. This will change everything for you and the Bathmate. When the Bathmate is used in this scenario it is far more powerful.

New rods are a good place to start with the extender, I am assuming you have maxed out on the SizeGenetics? Were you too big for it to begin with or did you make gains in the beginning?
 
LOL no no no im def. not 2 big for the SG....Ive been having an issue stretching into the larger rods....so i figured i might as well just order the smaller ones because in reality its the same thing....Right now my stretch is at just about 7.5 in the SG...with these new rods coming it'll make it easier for me to get past that.
 
also...instead of doing 10/10 with the Bathmate and jelqing.....could i just do like 200 jelq's...then follow up by doing the full 20mins? figured that would help a bit more no?

lol, sorry bout that! Smaller rods are a great solution. I will suggest to SizeGenetics include more small rods in the future.

In that case I would break it down like this:

100 Jelqs
10 minutes in pump
100 jelqs
10 minutes in pump

I suggest this because the superset will bring greater internal expansion and eliminate most if not all fluid. 20 minutes straight in the Bathmate does not work as well as the superset, believe me. But, it is completely up to you. If you feel able to push yourself do so but try the routine first. I know you will gain this way.
 
Yeah im gonna try it out, but my issue is getting an erection and also privacy. I still live at home with parents and all that....so i cant look at ���� while in the Bathmate....and it might get a little weird when i take a 10min shower, then another one lol...But i will see. Def gonna try to see if i can get away with it....if not, then ill just have to do the jelq's at the beginning....all of my privacy issues will be gone soon as i can moving out within the next few months so im looking forward to being able to do Penis Enlargement without any distractions or complications.

Iphone, Ipad, NetBook, etc. This would be the best investment! When I did not have these things I would keep a few sexy pictures in my pocket to tape about the bathroom while I trained. Where there is a will there is a way! If you feel the long bathroom sessions will not sit right with the family then cut the routine into 2 sessions at different points during the day that work better into your schedule.
 
just did 300 jelq's then a Bathmate session straight thru....much much less Fluid retention...but also less expansion. usually when im out im @ 6.5girth...when i came out i was like 6.2 girth....but im guessing the only reason why i hit that 6.5 mark is because of all the FR. I forgot how quickly jelq's can be done and am def. going to do them all the time now. 300 jelq's took me like 5mins maybe.

That is fine! You will lose some fluid but believe me, the tissue expansion is key. You should see overall better gains.

DLD,

I have been stuck at 160 in the Bathmate for about 3 weeks and I've worked up to 50 min straight in the Bathmate. Last night I went 2.5 hours in the traction device and then the routine you suggested and hit 164 for the first time ever! I have almost no FR and today I definetly feel tissue expansion. There is something to shorter sets and the SSJs. It was a great session! THANKS for the suggestion.
