Hi folks,

So it is has been a few months for me now since I got the bathmate and embarked on a long journey trying to enlarge my dick.

I thought there was a reasonable chance it could work given all the posts in here, but I was wrong.

I went pretty hardcore on the bathmate using it for about 4 hours a day for nearly 5 months at maximum pressure, I also did a lot of harcore stretches, and other exercises suggested here all to no avail. My dick is exactly the same size as it was before I started !!!! EXACTLY the same.

I am still yet to see any solid proof that it is possible. When I say proof, I do not mean before and after pictures, I mean really rock solid beyond doubt proof that would leave anyone with no doubts. Like a video of someone getting an erection the blowing their load before and after they start the exercises. This is not hard to do and would be enough (you would think for most?) to be classed as proof. But this simple easy to do type thing has not happened.

Anyway I did not want to post here, cause it might look like I am some kind of troll or something trying to badmouth it all. But I really am really frustrated that I wasted so much time and effort on this. I didn't see any rock solid proof so call me stupid.

I won't believe any stories like it doesn't work for you etc.... cause my dick is just like everyone elses and there is simply no proof !!!

That wouldn't be proof its homo-eroticism, if you really train hard like you say maybe you are overtraining. Practice srt champ you're bound to gain with that:blush:

I think the issue here is that you jumped into the advanced stages right away. SRT is a good choice to start with, but try this too:


Start practicing kegels. Slow kegels, quick kegels, kegel holds.
Start a Jelq/Stretch 2 day 1 day off routine that looks like this:

5-10 minute warm up with a hot wet cloth
Stretching. Pull the skin back and grasp about an inch under the glans, then tug outward for 30 seconds, left, right, up, and down. Repeat this 2-3x

Shake the penis, then tug it outward and do a quick rotating stretch as if you're stirring a spoon, in a few circles to stretch the ligs.

Re-apply the heat for a minute. Stretch out the penis, make an ok grip at the base and jelq towards the head (use lotion/lube) 100-125 times, alternating hands between jelqs.

Shake the penis again to get some blood circulation going, then repeat the jelq 100-125 jelqs, this time doing it underhanded and over handed instead of left/right. Make sure to kegel while you do this.

Warm down for a few minutes, and do this for a week or two.

Then on the third week introduce edging after the warm down. Get an erection and try bringing yourself to the point of no return but stop, cool down, then repeat.


By the end of the fourth week you will have seen an increase in size, even if it's an increment of .25

After that you can slowly introduce other methods like Slow Squash Jelqs, etc., and you can improve upon your stretching methods.


Water pumps are meant to supplement your routines and not be the routines, if you go back to the basics it's more possible to see gains.
 
You can go to the pictures proof section of the forum and see picture proofs there is no better proof than pictures....i gained myslef ( you can see my signature ) , i could've gained much more but i'm a lazy piece of shit.

You should see at least 1 inch in length and 0.5 in girth from the begginer routine in a few months if you're dedicated..if you don't gain at all , you're doing something wrong.Penis Enlargment is as real as you and me..the ruler doens't lie.

Thanks for the comments guys and sorry if my post sounds like a no brainer attack, cause it really isn't. I dead set tried many stretches, especially the hardcore ones with the bathmate, as I was told they would work if nothing else, I am pretty strong and could give it long hard tugs, but even this combined with the bathmate and other exercises after months showed nothing. literally 0 gains. For the time invested.... pretty dissapointing. I was at the point with the hardcore stretches where it just felt so futile I could not in my right mind go on with it. You know when you are doing something and even though you don't know it is working you can still have a positive feeling like it might work.. there is some hope. This was just clearly not the case.

Oh yeah my comment about the video, I know that sounds gay, but really we just need to grow up a little (we are talking about our dicks here and 99% of us are not gay !!) , that video is all it would take to prove that it works.. (pics will never work, too easy to fabricate.) if several guys did it, then it might give this site some credibility. I for one cannot go on with it til I see some proof cause I have gone so hard at it for so long, that it is beyond doubt with me that it cannot be done.

I hope some guys can prove it and make their mission. All the best guys.
 
Dude you jumped into it as if you are God. Even the veterans in PE don't do 4 hours bathmate session. You were also pumping at max pressure whereas low pressure is the sure way. Follow the SRT, settle down and read the whole thing.
 
For many men PE belief comes from personal PE experience. If you do not believe it works and that the members here are delusional I suggest trying for yourself, you will become a believer.
 
i get skeptical sometimes n i started years ago..n definitely not an easy gainer:) either pffff
 
This stuff definitely do work. It takes time , dedication and the right method. One person routine might work for them but it may not work for you. Just like dieting and personal training it need to be tailor for the individual needs. Constant monitoring and adjustment is needed in PE.

You mention you do daily 4 hour bathmate session?? Thats insane amount of time for any kind of pump even if it is the miracle bathmate. Over training can hinder your gains. Resting days and jelq betweens pump set are must!

I personally gained half inch of girth, and correct a bit of my down curve. I always been happy with my length since my wife already thinks lm too long. l never done any form of length excericse beside using the extender.

I wish l can monitor what your doing wrong and give pointers, but unless we watch a video of you doing PE. I don't know how else we can help you. I teach martial art as a career and l tell you some of my students can get into full split in matter of months while others can never get that. Some people are a hard stretch... Maybe your one of the few??
 
Never owned a bathmate so I can't speak on that even tho I recently just ordered a penomet.....From the researched I've done tho it definitely sounds like you are overtraining. Also, the very first time I jelqed *Within the very first week* I saw massive newbie gains in my penis. However, I stopped jelqing and lost all my gains. I tried to get them back and all tho I have gotten very slight results, I never got those same results again. I'm convinced PE works. I can't speak specifically on the bathmate but if my penomet ever arrives *so frustrated with their customer service* ill let you know how that goes for me.

as far as your routine i dont really believe you are doing 4 hours max pressure bm every day, but if you are please stop. you only need a little water pumping combined with manuals to make some epic gains, i would read some more threads of big gainers and make a new plan of attack.
 
You have to gain for yourself to create a belief if you can not trust the Brotherhood. I did not believe until I gained for myself.

The bros here are honest n i do believe most of them are sharing their experiences in all honesty,Their words keep the PE life interesting n full of life,n they keep me motivated n focused on my goals..:)
 
Trying to judge the efficacy of PE with a pumping only routine, especially using a pump with no guage, just can't be done. I would start over. Take some of the advice above.
 
I don't believe in bodybuilding.

Its just genetic freaks who are that big. The rest of us cant get fit. It's simply not possible!

Im sorry but i would like to set the things you say in perspective. So i choose to give an example from somewhere else!

First of. You did hours of bathmate at max tension everyday?

Mate that sounds like fucking insane! Never heard anyone who can handle that much stress on the tissue we are talking injuries not gains!

Second of.

Why haven't you made a progress thread? Get some coaching and advise on what to do to grow?

Doing the same thing that long with no gains. Sound crazy to me. Atleast do some research on other ways to approach it.

And i don't believe that 4 mobths bm only will give that much.

Bm is a nice addition to a good workout. It has never been a 100% solution.
 
Unless you plan on making videos that show you backing up your claims on doing 4 hours a day of max pressure bathmate pumping in addition to stretching, it is somewhat out of line to come to the forum dismiss all the proof we have without establishing the very proof that you demand of us. Because frankly I am calling bullcrap. I believe you are either exaggerating or lying because having used the bathmate for years and having read others experiences ... I am confident there is no way what you claim is possible without causing serious physical injury to your penis. Forget gains ..... More like non functioning penis.
 
Whoa... 4 Hours? Bro you need to back way off. You're honestly lucky you didn't end up with an injury. Just wow.

Go read the SRT, seriously man. I know you think you gave it a shot, but really what happened was you hopped on the race track with a top-end indy car and when you wrecked it instead of going 180 around the turns you turned around and told all the other drivers they are full of shit and nobody can drive that thing. Fact of the matter is, we started small and worked our way into advanced routines, and even then we weren't going 4 hours in a bathmate. Overtraining can completely negate your results, just like when working out, if you pull a muscle instead of work it out... what happens then? Atrophy and loss of growth.

PE does bring gains, you can call hundreds of people fakes and liars if you want man, but just because it's not true for you doesn't mean it's not true for everyone else. That's a very myopic perspective.

Can I ask some other questions that might be a factor? How old are you? What's your diet like? Do you warm-up and warm-down in your routine? Do you do any other exercise regularly?

Just trying to get a whole picture of the scenario, then maybe we can help you get a routine started that will bring you some gains.
