Ok so i just got 3500 gram tension springs from (quick extender) and they are super strong. I wanted to look at the quick math for time over tension. so time over tension is just that, lower tension in a stretcher means you must wear it more hr per day or more months. more tension equals less time, in the stretcher,

so here is the math for goals of time and tension to get results in the studies.

so normal instruction for wear of an extender is to get up to 1200 grams for 8 to 12 hr per day, To get 1 inch gain in 3 months.

1200 grams x 8 hrs= 9600 grams of tension needed per day as per instruction manual from the jess extender and andro medical
1200 grams x12 hrs=14400 grams of tension needed per day as per instruction manual from the jess extender and andro medical

swap out your springs and to 3500 gram springs from quick extender

here is the math for time over tension with these springs.at max tension 3500 grams

3500 grams x 4.5 hr=15750

3500 grams divided by 4 tension lines on the SG or any other extender that has 4 lines of tension = 875 grams per line of tension so you can use this number and add up 875 on each line and then just work out the math for your hrs you need to hit the 8 to 12 hr tension mark, so you don't have to do it at max if you don't want to.

i only thought of this because years ago i had read on another forum that a guy made gains in doing 4-6 hrs per day at max tension over 3 months as this speed up the the first month of breaking in period.

So with out the pro this tension level would never be tolerable but i did it today with the pro and wow my cock is sore and i was just at 3 bars in on the tension level so maybe by doing max tension for 4 hr and using SRT we can get the best of both world less time in the stretcher and more time in a static type stretch, sleeve or wrap what ever you might do to keep it extended.

just a thought, i will be trying this out since i have been slacking on extending do to the holidays i just figured we all can hit 4 or 5 hrs a day but over that we usually slack at least i do, if I'm really trying i can do 7-8 but truthfully 4-6 is the easiest for me and i assume others as well.

some other logical reasons this would work is guys who hang heavy weight gain for short periods of time make the fastest. so maybe this could be a happy medium for us you don't really like to hang.

I'd imagine you'd have to get a hell of a vacuum going with the pro to do this.

Wow, so the springs worked out? That is great news.

My post
Just look @ it.

works great 4 me. I use max tension wait to get to the 2. groove and adjust the tension again to max :)

No actually I just do my normal pump routine half pump to create negative pressure then unscrew pump re squeeze 100 this time this pulls the head in all the way and the unscrew and squeeze again and when the pump ball stops that is the pressure I use my head does get really swollen but no pain.i use large sluice and no stints just the head piece. Today I did 100% tension for 2 hrs and I also incorporated TAKA mild pump in penomet for 30 min in the am and just finished the second 30 min now I'm in my sleeve for 30 then will do 2 more hrs at max but just from yesterday hung much longer I will also finish off today with 20 min in the grey gaiter the light sessions were with the purple gator no fluid at 30 min well that's not true but I just get hard and fluid disapates. Nothing that stuck around. I feel that TAKA long pump sessions mixed with this may be all I need to get to we're I want to be but we will see. I wasn't home all day or would have gotten stretching done early.

Yep great pull but I don't really move around to much while on cuz it really is strong pull.

I had those as well grab the other springs at 3500 grams cut are stretching down even more, glad to see some one else is thinking the same way.

I also noticed SG calls for 8 hr per day because I believe they increased spring tension to i think 1800 grams shaving of some wear time auto extender springs are 2500 like above with blackout I just jumped them up when a guy on here suggested the 3500 springs. I like knowing I only have to do 4 hrs and I have done my full day and now just pump and light stretch or throw it in a sleeve. Ill keep you updated.

So I just looked up the amount of lb at max tension 3500 grams =7 lb the grip system says 6-8 lbs cause micro tears so that is pretty spot on. The grip has you hang for 45 min am and pm and light pull leg strap. But know we can do 7 lb for
4 hrs in are SG. I have no issues with head piece slipping at all.

im back at it i took a break over the holiday i was just to busy with the family but hope to get 4 hrs heavy stretch with new springs and 4-6 hrs light stretch with the belt extender to day i did to mildly heavy and 3 in the belt going to go work out now then pump penomet then put the belt on while i sleep.

1200 g springs will be in the future of MOS...just saying

Diesel, any progress on your higher intensity, shorter duration extender sessions? I'm thinking about ordering the 3500 springs from quick extender. Thanks.

Just so I know is there any tension beyond the 3500mg?

DLD, after posting that, I tried the heavy springs from my old Static Stretcher, rated at 11 lbs or close to 5,000 grams. They fit in the SG just fine, but they were a bit much, even when using the PMP head piece. The problem wasn't the head actually, the PMP held strong and didn't cause any irritation, it was the base of the SG. At that much tension, it started to cause some discomfort after about 30 minutes, but it felt almost like hanging otherwise. I think springs that heavy are doable but with some further mods to the base of the SG (I have some soft material sewn around the base of mine). Perhaps a silicone donut for the base, or even better, a base that goes around the balls too like the Static Stretcher has.

I figured at 5000 it would be too much. I am thinking that 1200 to 3500 will be best to keep in stock.

How do you change the springs? do you just twist the bottom rod or what?
thanks

2 of the quick extender springs cost $20 is there anywere else we can buy springs from without the massive mark up?
