That's right Longhorns, each guy gets into this for different reasons and those reasons may or may not lead him to length and girth gains, let alone 2"x1". Another point I should have made earlier is that there are great reasons not to start out working on length AND girth.
The first good reason is injury. Everyone remember Remii? The guy was well-experienced and had good gains, but was clamping and hanging. Not at the same time, but in the same day. He pissed blood into a bag for a while. Not a good idea to combine such extreme exercises.
The other reason is direction. Notice that there is a clamping forum and a hanging forum, and not often do the two meet. Because we only have so much time in a day and our penises can only handle so much stress (Remii) we have to pick a direction, length or girth, and stick to it for many months if not more than a year. Now, some people have reported great girth gains from hanging (atlyroc). But I suspect that in order to get 1" in girth most guys would have to focus on it for a long while. I know that this is the case for 2" length.
So, the question should not be about 2" AND 1", but "how long did it take to reach 2" or 1" or both (if applicable) and how did you get there?"
