I have been doing PE on and off for two years and have gained 1/2 an inch in both length and girth. These gains were achieved by doing 50-150 jelqs and basic manual stretches. Then I did another routine and did not gain, so I took a break. Just recently got back into the swing of things and started doing JP's 90 day routine. After two months I saw no gains. Currently I am using this routine:

I have not gained in quite some time and am wondering if there is anyway I can shock my penis and get it going on the right track.

Most of the time I warm up but I am still not sure if it is all that necessary. My warm down consists of doing kegels, not sure if that is considered a warm down.
 
Gaining consistently means consistently increasing intensity or switching to new exercise when the current exercises do not work. The best routine that tackles all these issues is SRT as it is not only progressive in intensity it gives many new ways to gain and heal with speed. I suggest you read through the SRT thread and see what can help you there. Most men who switch to the SRT routine or use the logic presented there break plateaus and start gaining.
 
Changing my routine or decondition break is what helps me overcome plateus. I prefer the first option though :)

When gains stop it is important to either increase intensity or change the routine all together. Taking a break as you have suggested could also help, maybe a week or two. Once you start again the penis has a good chance of sparking new growth due to the deconditioning....forgot to mention that, thanks for reminding me.
 
I was actually doing the Newbie Routine, I got it confused with JP's 90 day routine. I did the Newbie Routine for two months and saw no results. Should I just give it another try with some cues from the SRT routine? If so, what cues exactly?
 
It's definitely time to add some new stretches:
A-stretches
Blue whale's stretches
lig stretching
oh man there's a whole world of new exercises you can try out and spend more time stretching. That routine seemed kind of short. Now that you're conditioned you get to do the fun stuff
 
When a plateau is reached it is time to add intensity, time or new exercise. We will always reach a point where the exercise is not enough and will need to make it more powerful somehow. In length the LengthMaster is the best way to guaranty consistent intensity as you have the option to stretch with two hands in any position. The LengthMaster brings an unlimited source of intensity. With girth it is all about getting consistent expansion. In many cases jelqing will eventually not be enough and this is when it is important to change to a more powerful girth exercise. Today the most powerful girth routine is the 5x5x3 routine using the Slow Squash Jelq and the BathMate. This routine can be stepped up easily by adding reps or time into the mix. But then sometimes a plateau could mean the need for a break to decondition the penis and then take up a new routine.
 
As DLD said look into SRT. Some great exercises from the link you posted: Double Stretch aka Dual Fulcrum Stretch is great. The sadsak slinky video is intense, and hard to do for me because I can't bend my erection at all, but bending in an erect state seems to be powerful because it's so challenging.

i've done that but never as a PE exercise...just did it in passing but not with intensity like in that video. looks like a really great exercise

Have you tried them? They seem like they'd be easier to do, the more length you have. They scared me when I did them haha.
 
I followed some of your guys advice and my current workout consists of

30 second A-stretch x 10
30 second Blue whale stretch x 10
30 second Bundled double tunica stretch x 10

I am also doing Slow Squash Jelqs, the only problem is that I am still not 100 percent sure how to do them.
Is there a video to show me exactly how they are done?

Any advise on how to make my routine better?

What you need now is a length master device. Your penis need advance exercises. The length master will give you all the length gains you seek. Waste no time and buy the length master right away brother.
