Hi guys, been on the PE journey since the beginning of June and not sure Im seeing the results I think I should but I could be wrong.

Im up a 1/4" in girth and no real change in length.


Daily routine guranteed.

20mins Bathmate
20mins cock ring


In July I got into the swing of things with my Male Edge for a couple of weeks but the leg snapped as I was upping the tension so I got a Jes Extender which is MUCH better!


Ive only had the Jes for two weeks and Im averaging 2hrs a day so now my daily routine is

20mins Bathmate(Last minute is blasters held for 10secs)
20mins cockring
1hour of Pes morning
1hour of Pes evening


What gains should I expect over 6months?

Since you're gaining girth with you're bathmate routine I'd continue that. Length gains will come slow, or not at all using an extender for only 2 hours & splitting the 2 hours up. You'd be better off using the time SRT training & using a ujw or phallosan to heal.Warm up for length using DLD Blasters & DON'T FORGET to do kegels!!!!
 
First of all,you just started PE..don't expect inches in weeks...you need to be conistent and patience.Second of all,you mainly do girth work.Of course you're not going to see any lenght gains.

After 6 months of this routine,we could talk about the SRT and other advance routines :) Until then,stick with the routine i linked and rememeber , CONSISTENCY AND BE PATIENT.

I wish you started with something light at first like jelqs. That can easily gain you 1/4- 1/2 an inch, then you could've moved on too the bathmate gaining you another 1/2 inch or so. Honestly if you did start with the bathmate then I feel sorry for you because you began with high intensity to begin with. You'll have to extend your time usage of the bathmate or add new girth exercises to gain more IF you haven't gained in a period of 2-3 months.

If you're looking for length then add some length exercises, girth devices won't work length much and it is prefered you stick with regular stretches at first in all directions.

Yeah Childish how would you like to be the new police at matters of size? Huge-girth doesn't come around that much anymore, tell coach to put you in the game.

hmm..not really..even though SRT could be used by a newbie...i still think you need to have some experience in the PE world before you jump into the SRT...you should learn how to stretch,jelq and perform other basic PE exercises before SRT.
 
SRT is the best workout possible but if you have never trained before it is good to use the Newbie Routine to learn the basics. 2 weeks on the Newbie Routine is plenty of time to get used to things and to move into SRT.

Yup, as soon as possible. It is just that good of a routine that after the basics are learned there is no reason not to start.
 
Right ok guys, should have stated Ive tried PE twice before in the past, Ive done jelqing and clamping but get fed up at the 1month mark but I appreciate Jelqings a staple, the problem is the privacy needed.

My gf is pretty understanding, she already lets me watch ���� during my shower to help me stay hard in my BM but theres a limit. She's not 100% comfortable with what Im doing as shes new to it and doesnt quite 'get it' yet, even talking to you guys on here wierds her out so I have to be selective of my PE methods, the more hidden the better.(One way or another Im getting a huge cock, haha!) :)

I think its great that theres SO much R&D done by everyone to make gains faster but realistically with my work as demanding as it is I need a routine that Ill stick to for longer than a month!

If I had a cosy office job, or worked from home Id have a 10" inch cock tomorrow, ha! :cool:

Ive brought in the multidirectional stretches and kept my Bathmate as it helps me PE handsfree which means it makes life easier, its getting easier and faster to get to the fully pumped stage and every 3-4weeks its tighter to take off so I think its working.

If I dont measure a difference because Ive conditioned to it then Ill start supersets.


I'd been lead to believe the sizegenetics was an easy guaranteed way to 1" in 3months wearing it for 6hrs a day.

I cant wear it for that length of time as my jobs a physical one but I thought if I could build up to 3hrs maybe Id get 1" in 6months, maybe not after reading some of the replies but Ill add it in on my 1hr comutes home etc

Im assuming 3 sets of stretches as laid out and jelqing gave ChilDish 2" in 6months? Was that all you did yeah?

Your routine is not solid enough both in length and girth. For pumping, do the 5x5x3 routine.

For length, you want to spend a mimum of 40 mins daily using the length master to do bundled stretches. If you have extra cash, you can buy the SiliStretcher as well and use it in combination with the length master.
