Feedback on simple jelq routine

Hi guys, so Ive had a torrid relationship with PE in terms of consistency. I first tried jelqing when I was 17 but my Mum kept catching me so that put an end to that ?

In my late 20's I tried a JES Extender and it broke. I bought another one tried to sleep in it and nearly lost my penis as it went numb!!! ?‍♂️ They are uncomfortable to use so gave up with that.

I tried Bathmates 15-20mins a day for months while showering. DLD told me this wasn't enough time under pressure so I tried dry pumping but the pumps were shit so I barley did that for a couple of months.

I then learned that length is predominantly gained from traction so I bought an ADS and was hitting 6-8 hours 5 days a week, plus my 15mins of Bathmate in my morning shower. Training in the gym most days was tricky like this and taking in 4ltrs of fluid a day meant ALOT of time taken putting the device on and off. No real results even though I persevered for 3 months.

With funds being limited due to covid I decided to go back to jelqing and a routine I could definitely keep. So I decided to do 20mins a day for 5 days a week.

Im using quite an intense form of jelqing where Ill jelq slightly left or right as I travel up the shaft depending which hand Im using to compress as much blood in the shaft as I can then Ill start the next jelq when Im half way up my shaft. Its similar to a squash jelq except a different direction. Ill get 400 pumps in 20mins. Ill then wear a cock ring for 20mins which slowly releases my erection.

The first 6months I saw a 0.3" increase but Im now at 12months and not really seeing much. Ill keep on regardless as I know it takes time but Im open to modifying my routine. What would people suggest?

If looking for length there's nothing wrong with doing manual and bundle stretches as per SRT. Aside from that ADS are good but are passive so may want to look at hanging, either vacuum which is good for beginners or compression which can then handle more weight and eliminate blisters,
 
Ive not fully read SRT, Ill do that.

I saw DLD's ADS in the shop which looks good and Im open to going back to it. Im also considering a mustang pump in the next couple of months.

Im time limited but Id like to try an 'interval' system with a pump where its 1min hard pumping/1min release for 20-30mins and see what that does.

I feel during sex I can get deeper in my girl when I tilt my hips but I just cant seem to measure a difference standing normally? #frustrating
 
If length is your main aim then wouldn't waste time on pumps etc, get hanger, ads, manual stretches etc
 
Try changing where you focus the jelq on the penis. Usually its the top bottom, but angle the finger + thumb so you can milk the sides.

That was how I mostly jelqed, and still do on occasion. Try using higher erection percentage, or more sets + reps, holds lasting 5-10 seconds, slower more intense reps etc.

In essence you just increase intensity to a safe level while not adding loads to the plan, so, maintain good solid erection, if problems, wear a cock ring not too tight. just enough to help with the erection.

if you have issues with picking up equipment don’t worry about it. I can write you a completely manual routine and in the future you can pick up equipment. But for right now I would like to write a routine so you can get to work right away. What exactly is your routine right now? Let me look it over and advocate where I can

Think if want to maximise girth growth then purchase of a pump along with SSJs will do a lot more than Jelqs, there's also the option of clamping, remember that cock ring for 20mins post workout
 
forget the pump and jelqs just do up ,down, left ,right straight out stretches by hand dld recommends the newbie routine have a look concentrate on one thing at a time so length first then girth doing one at at a time means you will get length much faster

I can see that your problem is lack of consistency and dedication combined with unavailability of a length master and a good bathmate routine. Buy the length master let me coach you. My energy is very contagious. I will not allow you take any off day and you will be using the length master for 1 hour daily. I will also give you a solid pumping routine. I will pressure you both morning and night. Try me brother.
