One variation I use is to do this stretch laying flat on my back and instead of pushing with my hand I use a crunching motion with my abs. Works almost like reverse kegeling for me. Gets a lot of things done all in one convenient package.

yes thats just like what I am doing, except I pull to left and right too and I pull with great force and also in a hot shower. You guys have to try this. Im thinking this exercise just might be the key to massive length.
you kinda have to pull with out moving the skin. Get a good grip close to the lig and pull it out without pulling the skin because if you do the emphasis will be on strecthing the skin and not the ligament. Maby you could try baby powder. When I do this it feels like I might tear my dick out of the socket.
