It's been 2 months now and I'm anticipating this review video of all of these varying pumps.
So far I've been the happiest with my X-40 pump with the additional sleeve, and wine vac used with the clear cone from my VLC tugger. I had bought a Hydromax X40 but the valve was leaking and I couldn't ever get a strong pump, also that comfort pad seemed useless, as well as the valve was too difficult to pump without losing suction.
The thing is I've outgrown in width the X-40 and so I want a wider pump that doesn't cause pain to the base of my dick, or one that sucks my balls into the chamber.

Not impressed with this Hydromax Extreme. The suction that Ive been geetin is too safe for me. I want to try this wine vac modification. I hear so much good feedback about it. Im just not feelin like im getting that extreme suction that people talk about that they get with the wine vac. With the extreme I use the pump and it gets to a certain point then it just doesn't pump anymore. I need Good.!!!! expansion and I want to feel that intensed pressure. Don't think this Xtreme is cutting it. Think I want to return this Xtreme to be honest. I will pay someone to modify a few wine stoppers so that I can get the same intense workouts that I hear you guys are getting. I NEED INTENSITY.!!!

To my knowledge yes....the 1 that's connected to the handball does seem to have a little space between the part where the two parts are supposed to connect...Is that correct or should it have no space at all. Ill try again making sure everything is pushed together tightly and see what happens

Yea I wanna try the win vac but I jus gotta find the correct setup for the X-40... Here some people have trouble finding the correcy stoppers/and or have trouble modifying them ...but I really wanna find a way to use this modification even if I have to pay someone to modify them stoppers for a X-40

Are you sure you are doing your last few pumps pointed straight down while standing as I get more pressure out of the X-40 when I do the last few pumped down towards the floor. THen you can probably attach the hand pump and pump some more while pointed downwards. The wine vac would help as well. could also try without water may be more pressure that way.iGottaGetBigger;569937 said:
