This is similar to my other posts from a few months ago. I got my sizegenetics extender back in mid-september, and I've been using it for at least 4 hours a day (sometimes more) on good tension at least 6 days a week, and still haven't really seen gains. I do hard manual stretching for a few minutes before I put the extender on every time as well. I also go the Bathmate around thanksgiving and have been using it for 15 minutes (2 sessions, 1 5 minute, 1 10 minute) every night. Still I really haven't seen gains besides a slight instant pump that goes away quickly. I am a healthy young dude with about a 6.2 inch dick non-bone pressed, so I think I should have plenty of room for growth, yet I see nothing. I eat very healthy, get plenty of sleep, take multi-vitamins, the whole nine yards. I'm really starting to get discouraged.

Can anyone provide any advise? I really want to start gaining before the summer... Even a half an inch would be great.

In girth sessions are you using any manual exercises? The Slow Squash Jelq used with the Bathmate is very powerful in Tunica growth and creating length and girth gains. Those who are slow may find that the Tunica may be a deterring factor and this can be corrected through the use of the exercise. Also, in the realm of stretching, internal gains should also be sought, this is accomplished through Expressive Stretching and can be a done a number of ways but what is most important is one is done. There is much inside the body that can be expressed. Hardcore Stretches, Ring Stretching using the LengthMaster or the PowerAssist, or even manually through low, low grip stretches that expose and stretch the internal tissue. These areas will change what you are experiencing and will have you gaining much faster.

Applying LOTS of heat before doing a session will also help you.

Heat is great a precursor! Also I forgot to mention, after orgasm the penis is very fatigued in a unique way and is, more than likely, the best time to stretch the penis. Comparative stretching would be DLD Blasters which mimic fatigue through pre-exausting the pelvic floor muscles but after orgasm this state in naturally achieved!

And NO! This is not an excuse for everyone to whack off 10 times a day! It is simply a practice that should be incorporated after orgasm, if possible.
 
Heat Heat HEAT! I just had a very good girth day today (2 different sessions) I am now relaxing with my heating pad now. I love my bed buddy.

Good for you! I used to love doing very long sets of electric heating pad therapy. I would use for hours a day. I would heat before and after and I believe the heat greatly impacted the gains and healing I was experiencing. Heat, massage and warm-up go somewhat on deaf ears as they do not seem like things that actively bring gains but it is through the healing properties of these passive forms of healing that allow for the gains to happen and become permanent faster.

What head attachement are you using and is it comportable?
 
How long can you wear it at a time before it becomes uncomfortable?
 
There are more comfortable ways to where the SizeGenetics or any extender for that matter. The VLC and the Velcro Strap are currently the best methods. We also have a new attachment that will be released in April along with the other changes. Explore these methods and I guaranty a more comfortable, longer, easier stretch with much faster on and off time. I timed Supra in the VLC with the SizeGenetics and he was able to put it on and take it off in 10 seconds! That is amazing!

I'm tryna tell these guys DLD they might not trust my advice yet cuz I'm still a newbie but heat is doing the trick for me hopefully people catch on
 
about 20 minutes, then I just release the strap, hold my dick in an extended position for about a minute, then just strap it back in.
 
I dont really get the concept of the VLC... I have seen it but it just doesn't make sense to me... I really just want to start gaining!
 
Have you measured your BPFSL to see if you have gained there? And have you ever added more rods along the way and/or had to wind it out more to keep the same tension? If you have this would obviously indicate if you have gained flaccid stretched length.

20 mins isnt very long to be feeling such discomfort. Have you tried velcro with some foam wrap seeing as you dont have VLC?

And have you tried healing in an extended position, either with the SG on low tension/less bars or UJW

I have added more bars and tension, and my flaccid stretched length has definitely increased. My boner is still the same though.

Patience than! The gains are there they only need to become permanent. I also highly recommend doing Kegels and a lot of them, these will help you fill the new "gained spaces" with the needed blood to speed gains.

20 min is a very short amount of time. I made my biggest gains when I wore it about 2 hours straight, 1.5 minimum. Do you at least hit a high amount of tension? I've seen a lot of people who think they are at high tension then they post a pic and it shows very close to zero tension.

As for the OP's question, my suggestion is that you're not doing enough manuals.

What's a few minutes? I do manual stretches for circa 60 minutes a day. Probably 20 of that is resting between sets (my arms!!!). I've been at Penis Enlargement for four months and I've gained .5 in BPenis EnlargementL and .75 in BPFSL. What's your manual stretch routine? Have you been kind of doing half a routine?

Agreed. When I wear mine I can keep it on for about an hour before I have to recirculate.

I lost a lot of weight also. That's why I'm convinced I'm a freak of nature! Aarggh!

It does happen differently sometimes to a few men I have come across. I even heard a sili statement Bib made that his Flaccid size was larger than his Erect? Not sure if there is any truth to him saying it, I think Supra told me:)
