Something to try while using the LM is to focus on your breathing. Deep and slow breaths and then tense up your pelvic for 10 secs and relax it again (reverse kegel)

Repeat this. The point is to stay in a relaxed state while stretching the tissue.

Don't hit the point of pain that is counter productive.

Be in zen mode.

The results:

You will be so thrilled that you will want to kiss DLD for inventing the LM again :)

Do crunches, leg raises, side bends and planks. Follow that with the Lengthmaster and you'll be begging to kiss DLD lol. Put an ads like the PF on, do them, and see if your abs and ligs don't burn.

Hey

Loosing a little motivation to use my LM because I bundle so hard it causes actual pain. Is it better off lowering the intensity a bit or redoubling my efforts and accept the pain and break down this tunica?


There is some discomfort when using the length master especially when you are new or maybe you are not wrapping correctly. This is an old thread so I'm assuming you must have gotten this sorted.
