Something to try while using the
LM is to focus on your breathing. Deep and slow breaths and then tense up your pelvic for 10 secs and relax it again (reverse kegel)
Repeat this. The point is to stay in a relaxed state while stretching the tissue.
Don't hit the point of pain that is counter productive.
Be in zen mode.
