Hey

Loosing a little motivation to use my LM because I bundle so hard it causes actual pain. Is it better off lowering the intensity a bit or redoubling my efforts and accept the pain and break down this tunica?
 
Definitely reduce the bundle. Get to where it's stretching good and leave it. No sense in hurting yourself.
 
Makes logical sense. Was starting to get to the point where i was dreading my lm bundle sessions

no pain no gain lol yeah maybe you shoul reduce yur bundle,make sure your bolt chambers are tight enough,in order to avoid slippage
 
i think i will do 10 mins of bundles both sides as opposed to 5. Double the time should permit me to improve my results whist not having to try and rush the 5 intense minutes on both sides
 
Reducing your intensity will likely help. How do you wrap? Have you tried to improve upon your wrap so that you can tolerate higher intensity? If you end up finding you are going to need higher intensity try to improve your wrap. That always helped me be able to tolerate increases in intensity. I now use a silicone sleeve as the first layer of my wrap and it is drastically better then using sports pre wrap like I used to. It works not only with hangers like the LM but also with extenders. A silicone sleeve as the base layer of a wrap drastically improves blood flow to the glans when using an extender with a strap/noose set up allowing the use not to have to remove the extender as much
 
I wrap pretty simple using swm method. This has afforded me great grip on my dick and i have been working up to 4.5 (180 degree) twists both sides. Have seen some length gains.

I think longer sessions will enable me to warm up more and subsequently achieve more
 
It shouldn't hurt that much bro. Your dick is trying to tell you its been stretched the fuck out XD, and you can take it a bit easier until it recovers some :). Srt it bro meaning you already did alot of active stretching, so you'd benefit greater from passive stretching. Heal elongated then continue with the lm bundles, and repeat the cycle. The only gain you could make from forcing your sets might be an injury
 
The problem is I've been stretching it the fuck out. The problem is as I had been doing 5 minutes both sides, those needed to be 5 intense ass minutes. I really need to be mentally in the zone to endure the pain.


The logical solution seems to be to step up.slightly less intense stretching but for double the duration. 10 mins bundles both sides. I'm certain that will lead to greater gains and will have me excited once again to use the lm.
 
I started using a silicone sleeve under my wrapping material with compression stretchers when performing bundled stretches. It adds a lot of comfort.
 
I feel your pain (literally). That's why I've been trying to work through the pain by pulsing each stretch. Each stretch I try to push a little more and depending on how much it hurts, I'll either pulse longer or pulse shorter but more often. I think part of my pain comes from the fact that twisting in one direction produces more turns than twisting in the other direction. So in the harder to twist direction, I put more emphasis on trying to get as many twists as I can. Like you, I've also increased my times from 30 seconds to 60 seconds, effectively doubling my time spent in DLD's torture device, and allows me to go 3/4 as intense for a longer duration.

Quick update. Today I used the LM for bundles but did 10 mins both clockwise and anticlockwise as opposed to just 5. I much prefer doing 10. I have longer to warm up and feel less rushed. I can also focus on my shorter side and trying to get it to catch up with the longer side. TOday felt great, I'm now in the SG and my shorter left side is feeling the stretch! Feeling much better, will do some girth work later once I'm out of the SG!!

When wrapping sometimes, when you feel pinching or pain when you have not before, you should rewrap. What it usually is, is a wrinkle or fold in the wrap that is pinching. Rewrapping and being sure all wrap is smooth and without wrinkles should sort the issue.

Rushing can cause all kinds of problems. When I am rushing anything everything that can go wrong does and as things get worse I just get that much more frustrated. I have learned to go aa slow as necessary instead of as fast as possible. In rushing we actually waste time. When we stop, breath and slow down things go so much faster and smoother. Such a strange thing really. Faster is slower and slower is faster.
 
i've increased my LM bundles to 10 mins each side.

Is it clockwise or anticlockwise to target the left side of the penis?
