once i finish my girth work should i put my ade bandage on because the sg is really hard to put on after girth workth
 
If you're only doing girth work, then the typical consensus is to put on a cockring afterwards. SG/Ace Bandage is for after length, or really any other time other than the couple hours after your girth workout.

If you don't have a cockring I would buy one, but if you don't want to, you can use the Ace Bandage and just tightly wrap (Not too tight) at the base, which will have a similar effect.
 
Ill be doing girth and length work together, do you recommend I do length in the morning then wear my SG and later on in the day do girth work and put a cock ring on, im a newbie too by the way, is a cock ring for my intermediate?
 
If you're just starting out, it's no problem to just do everything all together and keep it simple. But in a lot of guys' routines that revolve around SRT methods, length and girth are done separately so that you can use your ace bandage/sg after length and then your cockring after girth. If you don't want to change to that right now, no problem, but i would definitely consider it after you finish the newbie routine.

If you decide to continue to do everything together, I would recommend wrapping with an ace bandage and putting a cockring on over the ace bandage after the workout, based on SRT methods. This will allow you to heal extended and hopefully still help to keep expansion. Once you lose your temporary expansion, switch back to the SG if you can, or just stay in the Ace Bandage if you're not in a situation where you can wear the SG.

DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Yep. But you don't have to use the Ace bandage on directly after girth work if you keep length & girth work separate (up to you). But keeping expansion after the girth workout either way is important IMO. So see what works best for you.
 
So would just putting the cock ring on and as soon as the temporary gains fade, whack the SG on? Thank you for your help man :)
 
If you can do 2 hours it is even better

I'm currently doing 2 hours. Once I'm done with my pumping session, I proceed to wearing the cock ring for 1 hour. After 1 hour, I remove the ring and do 10 minutes SSJ and then I put the cock ring on for another 1 hour.
