Hello Everyone, its Red here to wish a late Happy new year and see how its all going on ... hopefully get my arse into alittle Penis Enlargement soon.

I've been SO BUSY with work, freinds and lifting weights that I haven't had time for Penis Enlargement ... infact 2006 was meant to be the 'Year' for me LMAO wasn't to be and I did a few sessions but nothing much, however I aint lost anything from my past gains and have the same biggish cock I had.

Currently on a mission with a freind to find a decent girl as I recently broke up with my Italian lass who turned out to be a fucking Pycho and lied to me about being pregnant to keep me with her as I wanted kids, than found out she was lieing all along so I showed her the door.

Anyways I do get lots of woman looking at my crotch when I'm out and had comments on how 'hung' I look down their, so its still doing its thing.

I aim to get into pumping and constricting again ... thats an area with lots of potential with regards to girth. I already know the tube size I need [mentioned on this site somewhere] and also buy a head pump.

For the time being I will be starting wet jelqs ... back to basics for this vet, yes the old wet jelqs .... I'll get slightly constricted, not much and go for around 300 eachday for 6 on and 1 off and see how it goes ... I've been Out of action for so long now that in my opinion that would be enough to encourage new growth ... this isnt like BB and is MUCH More simpler than that so no need for anyone to make it complicated .... get blood into the penis and work with it, engorgeing your penis larger than it would be normally i.e with Jelqs and with time it will get bigger ... stretch it reguler and the same applies with length albeit I aint a length Guru so to speak.

Okay than .... well I hope everyone is alright and that we alll get what we want in 2007 .... I myself WANT TO PROGRESS VERY MUCH in my career and gain big with regards to my body .... I have gone from 10.5 stone to 11.13 [now] in 6 months [1 stone = 15 pounds] and with no steroids ... aiming for 13-13.5 stone or 190lbs ... I have a solid routine and supps etc etc and have reguler guidance from GoldMember here who has been ULITIMATE freind in all of this .... I know I can do it and will make a log in the fitness section sometime with how its going plus the good sups I use and also how some relate to our cocks.

Good to see you back, man! UK stand up!

Nice work on the weights! I've gone up from 11.5 to 12.5 since october. Not concentrating on mass but speed/strength and hard training (decathlon). I made sure my diet was pukka and then supplemented creatine, ZMA and protein.

I've been doing weights since I was 15. Not seriously though. I went through a patch at 16 when I packed about half a stone on. My weights have been serious for a year now, but it's mostly been legs and multi muscle group movements... strength not hypertophy. My strength to weight went up loads.
Since october though i've been at Uni and my training increases to 6-7days a week... 3 weights sessions, 2 legs, 1 upperbody. I think it was the pure volume that lead to the hypertrophy. My max's and my sprint times just got better and better, so I jumped on the scales and I'd packed a stone on.
I think the supplements were a great help, I was taking creatine before exercise which was enabling harder sessions. I was taking it 30-40 mins before with Lucosade, I was aiming for an insulin spike to push it into the muscles. I was only taking 2g at a time though. I was getting carbs in within 20mins of finishing exercise (lucosade, raisins), I think this was very important for recovery. Then I'd get my Whey protein and Glutamine in asap. I never took glutamine and creatine at the same time because they're meant to be absorbed by the same receptors. ZMA also works best on an empty stomach, espiecially with no calcium eaten... I liked eating cottage cheese before bed, a nice slow release protein, but wasn't sure how to work it round the ZMA.

Don't worry, it's always good to take a break and focus on the other areas of life. I've no doubts you'll hit your length goal someday. You're not that far away, so don't worry so much about doing other stuff.
