I posted this in the general Penis Enlargement section, but I didn't get much response, I figured, not many hangers check that forum. My appologies for the redundancy.

i dunno if any1's ever done this i came up w a head girth exercise

tell me what u guys think


i wrap with a cloth, 3x8, and then i wrap REALLY tight with the theraband (15 x 2) so tight that no blood can be in the part of the shaft thats wrapped

before i put the hanger on, i pump (as in move the wrap back and forth while kegeling) so that i can get the head almost fully engorged but not quite. note that since the wrap is on TIGHT, i dont have an errection and the shaft is not engorged at all.

maintaining this, i put the Hanger on, and I tighten it.
and i attatch the weight but holding it with one hand i slowly let go fo the weight so the force transfer is smooth and not sudden.


I do this for 3-4 minutes, and 4-5 sets.

yo this sounds like a pretty cool idea, except sounds like a vessel
might pop with the blood trapped in the head with to much pressure on it, I would go slow at first maybe with like a third of the weight,
pump and then gradually drop the weight over and over again.
if you think about it,it's almost like jelqing except just the head
and with a known amount of weight.
 
yo what did you do to get the half on girth in such time, just last month I started constrictors and It's a hell of a work out, just curious what you did
and doing constrictors for lets say a "year" would I be able to get an inch do you think??

well to be honest with you, I have just recently ( a week ago) started constriction. What I say about girth is what has worked for me, and it may be a result of my mental conviction. What you BELIEVE works, will work.

first of all, with girth work i BELIEVE that limited ejaculation is the key (or in my case none). This may or may not be biologically justified, but i have gained quick amounts of girth in short periods of time when I did have the self dicipline to do my Penis Enlargement 5 times a week and no ejaculation whatsoever.

I think you can easily gain an Inch of girth in 12 months. I gained over half and inch in 4 months. the first 2 months close to zero gains, and then the second two RAPID girth gains. I guess u need to condition the tissue for growth for a certain period before seeing any external growth.

My routine was mainly very slow, firm and controlled Jelqs, combined with ULI's and squeezes.


as far as the blood vessle poping under the pressure, you are correct there is that risk, which is why i gradually let go of the weight. I hang with this routine at about half the amount i use to hang normally.
 
pepz have been vague on some questions in the past and emial, I have found it difficult on "some occasions" to get a straight answer, so when I get one, it's appreciated.
 
I no on a few occasions when ive had to much blood in the head that as soon as the weight has been applied ive felt intense pressure in the head,so i would imagine that it would over time make the head bigger,only concern is how safe it is,i would tread very carefully,be interesting to see bibs imput on this one.

i know i've emailed him, I'm waiting for his response too. He's usually against any Girth exercise while hanging for length.

But I was reading up on SUPRA's Slammers, and he said he gained 1/2" in length in a month doing them. Where do u think that length came from?

I had replied to an email a while back about this practice. I thought you received it. I do not have any non-replied to emails from you.

This technique was originally started back on the old Penis Enlargement forums, by myself and another guy who's handle I cannot remember. My mind is old and feeble. But I do remember his real name. SWM will probably know him.

WTF, I had to go look it up. Penismith! I always wrote it as PS. Terrible memory.

Anyway, I started trying to reproduce the internal pressures of an ULI using a hanger, in order to free my hands to work. I tried using a bit of weight for a while, but the pressures were just too much to handle. So, I made the Uli thing to keep the pressure going. Instructions can be found in this section.

I suppose a bit of weight could be alright, as long as the amount of time is strictly observed (less than ten minutes), and the hanger is removed if the pressure becomes too great.

The amount of internal pressure that can be generated has always worried me, both for myself and for other guys. It took a good bit of time before I ever posted anything about it, and I believe penismith had the same reservations. I know a few other guys tried it, but overall, I think most guys believed they could make as good or better gains just with the device alone, and no added weight.

I made my additional girth gains, after my attaining my length gains, just from the "extreme Ulis", the Uli thing with no added weight.

Oh i see. Thanks for the response BIB. the ULI thing is just constriction/clamping? or do u put the hanger on as well?


whats ur take on ballooning/supra slammers after a hanging session?

Originally, we were using the hanger as the Uli thing/clamp. But the hanger allows for too much circulation. I had to wrap very tight, get a fairly large partial erection, and then put on the hanger. It was better to cut off all circulation for the length of the set using the Uli thing.

I afixed a strap to the Uli thing for a while to attach a bit of weight, and get the extra pressure, and cut off all circulation. It was just too much for me. Your milage may vary.

I have no idea what that is. But in general, I do not recommend girth work while trying to reach length goals.
