While most people think when you PE doesn't really matter, I beg to differ. I think timing and testosterone optimization is very important as well as healing. For years I've been PEing in the morning and then weight lifting at night. Today that is changing. While training at night and morning has different benefits I feel night training is best. Doing a session in the late afternoon/night is better because if you go out at night clubbing, bars or dinner you will have a fresh post workout pump all night long. Which is awesome because sex usually happens mostly at night. Then, your pump heals and grows and continues on in the morning. If you PE before your gym session your cock rings might slip off and you will get temporary turtling which can affect healing. Maybe I'm wrong but this seems like the new reality for me.
 
I have to agree with you 100% on this as I've recently adjusted my routine to maximize the post workout pump retention according to sRt.
Due to my work schedule I have to get my workout and my pe in before noon. I used to think it didn't matter, so I would pe first thinking I was taking advantage of morning wood better. Afterward, however, I would lose a good amount of pump during my workout even with an arc on. I think people that don't think a workout can effect your pump simply don't workout as strenuously.
Now I get my workout in first. Then I get my bathmate session in and slap on an adc to go to work with. I'm noticing pump lingering much longer and there appears to be more of it which is starting to segue to greater temp gains.

Then when I get home in the evening I've already established a pattern of taking longer showers, so i can usually hit a nice 10-15 minute "refresher session" before bed...
 
I know that squats bring a massive amount of blood to the core muscles, which brings more blood flow to the penis. I think that doing this prior to a girth session may be pretty powerful.
 
When you squat and deadlift it produces natural HGH, which could in fact help with gaining in penis length of you do Pe after you hit your legs. Also like what DLD said, the blood get flowing down there when you work your legs and lower abs
 
And from what I recall, Bathmate was, at least partially, developed to be used after a work out session! (Against turtling from what I remember.)
So, if you can combine a work out session with a PE session, excellent!

I usually work out my legs somehow before a Bathmate session and often times I also go to sauna before a Bathmate session. Working out and relaxation combined, in my opinion.

I have always noticed that I am stronger during night time sessions than in the morning.When I'm on a gym routine and PE at the same time, I like to go to the gym first,then do PE,feels optimum to me as your body is warmed up hence looser tissue including ligaments.regarding the squat and deadlift,they actually do raise HGH and testosterone levels,but so does any heavy compound movements including heavy bench presses.although,there is a theory that super heavy lifting can cause a decline in testosterone level,I heard that on youtube somewhere and if anyone is interested in seeing that video just tell me and I'll look for it
 
This is why I like to do a second length session at night sometimes when i hit my legs. I feel that it helps out a lot.

Sometimes certain times of day you have more energy than others. Whatever works for you, use it to your advantage to get the most out of your work outs
 
I did my first 8am gym workout yesterday and 6pm PE session. It didn't work out like I thought it would. I was definitely a little tired, and my penis wasn't used to the late night workout session. Lots of turtling. Not sure what to do from here :/ .... Is doing PE at 9am and doing a gym session at 5pm really that bad? or ?

It really depends on how it effects you. I would adjust the times until you find a schedule that is beneficial to both. It may take some creativity but very worth the time. I also love the idea of men doing body work along side pe work, this will bring the best of gains as the whole body looks better.
 
Don't forget that your body gets accustomed to the timing you workout,so if you ask me,changing it up a little can be beneficial in a sense

Yeah just do what worked for you. If you feel more energized when it was working do that because time is non-existent, so focus on when your body feels just good to handle a lot. I personally wake up 4am and head to the gym which opens at 5 am and i work out fine.

Depending on what day of the week it is sometimes I do my workout in the morning and sometimes I do my workout in the evening. It really depends on how my day is going.

Ya i see what you mean! It shocks the penis. Sometimes it will be aided by your workout that you do before hand and sometimes it won't because you will do your workout afterwards. This may make the penis grow faster if you switch it up too because it may take advantage of the times that you do the workout prior to it because its not used to it

Pumping late afternoon, evening or late night are all good but mostly late night because for me, I feel very horny and get my best erections at night time. However, I'm currently doing my pumping sessions anything from 2pm to 4pm.
