how would u hang SO without the rice sock? I guess your balls would come up close to the edge of the chair and its basically the same as this pic -the rice sock

I'm doing this RSDT fulcrum hanging now as my only way of hanging, 4 sets, am interested in benefits of sitting closer to the edge of the chair as opposed too leaning back (more beneficial?), also that septum twisting I find hard too understand.... so you say if i take out the rsdt its a better stretch SO....BIB?
 
is the plastic cup used too balance the bib hanger? cause i have an RSDT witout the plastic cup and my BIB tends too touch the chair,and im wondering if by the BIB touching the chair it would make my workout ineffective? Maybe by the BIB touching the chair is why I can handle so much weight? I feel i could do alot of weight..dunno thanks

:OI believe I have a lot of 6, because I get alot of tugback, therefore I'm going to concentrate on upper angles, mainly OTS (SU) and SO, what weight should I start with? I was at 11 lbs. with my BTC hanging.....I guess I'll just do those 2 angles of hanging until I reach my plateau of gains,measuring every 8 weeks....Have you heard of guys gaining with these angles? I guess its the only 2 angles I have left for gains, I hope im not stuck with my last measured 5.75 EL sigh, doesnt matter though were probably all gonna be dead in 10-20 years APOCOLYPSE lol:O

So you are getting a lot of tug back when you are pulling you penis down to the floor and kegeling, as in the straight down stretch.
 
ohhh my heavens I just did OTS (straight up) last night,and yea I can see how I may gain :), I'll double check 2nite 2 see if I have tugback at the straight down position, I'm pretty sure I do Pandora, thanks for helpin'....ohhh is it okay to put the weights over a chair instead of your shoulder? I feel its the same, and sit down?
 
I'd re-evaluate your weights before changing angles for two reasons. 1) it's always better to get gains with lower weight. 2) Each angle stresses different fibers, so 11 lbs SO may affect you very differently than it did BTC. What I mean is that you could develop an injury.
 
I been trying to make this jawn, but it aint working. I'm illiterate, rabies or something.
 
So what about using DLD's Power Assist as a fulcrum? I just tried it while sitting on a bar stool and what I did was wrap and insert my penis through the hole of the PA first, then attach the hanger and weight. The "arms" of the PA rest on my thighs and I simply use my hands to get the desired effect. It is much like the diagram on page one of this thread but it is the bottom of the loop of the PA acting as a fulcrum instead of a rice sock. It felt like I got a heck of a stretch so hopefully it will work out. 8.5 x 6.5 or bust!!!
 
Was thinking of making a RSDT but I have an old Power Assist that I can do what Gomer Pyle did and I think it'll not only be easier but more intense, at least for a inverted-V stretch. I'll try later today
 
Okay so I wrapped sweatshirt material cut out at 4 x 6, folded it in half to make a thicker 2x6 strip and wrapped it in the middle of the PA. Then I spiraled wrapped I believe 1.5 x 12 inch strip of theraband over that from one end to the other. Then I spiralled blue electrical tape. This added some cushion and could be built up even more to make a thicker fulcrum.

Me during my sets with 15 lbs. I had to move the PA forward after about 12 minutes due to fatigue. It felt really good.

I'm still interested in making a RSDT for fulcrums in SO and SU angles

Im not sure about the technique but if its mentioned just the way OP intended it to be then yes its the right way.
