Pretty damn intense!! I may be upgrading to the 15lb soon tho!! I have been using the 10lb for a month or two and I still get a VERY intense workout from it!! I think it all has to do with personal preference!! Penis Enlargement is all about you and what works for you!!

Its a great workout!! I think it has the benefits of both hanging and manual stretching and VERY versatile!! :D I'll be lookin forward to seein other people gettin results from this stuff!!
 
from your perspective is there real potential for length gains using the kettlebell? How's the soreness after your workout? Does it mainly target the ligs?

Each exercise targets different areas of the penis!! I feel COMPLETE soreness!! Like my whole penis is sore when I'm done!! I believe there is length gains to be made from the bands or the kettlebell they are about the same in intensity!! :D
 
priapus90 i went to the local sporting good store last night and bought a 10lb kettlebell did a few exercises and could really feel the burn. It feels as if the dong is going to get stronger not necessarily longer. The exercises are killers on the forearm. The kettlebell slides to the middle of my dong when i'm doing the outward stretch pisses me off the weight is stubborn and doesn't want to stay put at the very base

If your talkin about the stretch that goes straight out from your body (ie Parrallel to the floor if in standing position), then its supposed to be in the middle! Its very similar to a "V-stretch!" :D I feel a good length stretch when I do them... I don't know about stronger!! My dick is VERY limp and stretched after my workout!! It looks like a sock you've been stretchin alot or something!!
 
About half of my gains have been these exercises!! I've really been doin them only about a month and a half or two months!! But I think they got a lot of potential!! The thing to remember is they haven't been tested over a long period of time!! All I've proven so far is that stretching works!! If I get consistant gains then we'll know its the type of stretches I'm doing!! I measure friday after next (June 3) so fingers CROSSED!! :D
 
I did a somewhat modified version of these today, since I still need to go get the bands from walmart. I found an old tie I don;t use, tied a loop through my hanging weight plates, then did the upward stretch while the weights hung from the base of my dick. Very intense I must say!

Do you go all 8 minutes on the last one? Or do you rest after using both hands and repeat 4 times?
Also, do you ever have problems with slippage?
 
I go a full minute with one hand take 5 seconds (literally) to switch hands and go another full minute. Then I take 5 seconds and swtich back to the first hand and go a full minute and so on till I achieve 8 minutes! I used to have problems with slipage!! Baby powder takes care of it for me!! :D
 
Priapus, I'm guessing you experienced quite a bit of lig soreness? If yes, did you keep on stretching every day despite the soreness, or did you take days off here and there until the soreness went away?

How far back from the glans are you usually gripping? Also do you experience any discoloration/purple glans when holding the stretch for that long?

I grip behind the glands!! And over the entire routine, you'll see a lil purpling of the glands... I usually massage it good and color comes back quickly!! Its has not darkened my glans at all!!
 
Just tried the band stretch today for the first time and for some reason it seems like the band started to get stretched out after the first tug :( Gotta find a nice tall chair otherwise I didn't feel a good stretch with just sitting at my computer chair..

Also, does doesn't it feel like your knee/leg gets in the way at all?

The dimensions depend on how much weight you load. The grip has a girth of 11.5cm. The plates I loaded for 37.5kg have dimension of about 25x25x25cm. The handle is about 20cm above the center of that 25x25x25cm cube.
Could you follow that?
