At the request of another member (thank you OMGOMGITSHUGE) I decide to create the "Go to" thread for the Gold's Gym Band Stretches I've been doing! Comments and suggestions are welcome! If you want extra info its on my blog! Here is the Original blog post!

"I went to walmart today after reading a article in the MOS forum about "choked" stretches!! I purchased some Gold's Gym Short Resistance tubes and started some upward stretches with one end at the base of my penis and the other hooked around my foot!! The result was phenomenal!! The stretch was SUPenis EnlargementR intense and my ligs were screaming after only about 2min. and 30 sec. of a stretch!! I think this may be as good as hanging and at like 6 bucks it was SUPenis EnlargementR cheap!! I'm gonna experiment with it and see what all I can do with it and will report my findings!"

"I did experiment more this evening with the Gold's Gym Short band that I talked about on my previous blog post and tried a "__________" or "bundled" stretch with the band! Just as expected the intensity was amplified!! It seems that any type of stretch that can be adjusted as a upward stretch can be intensified by adding a leverage point as I have done with the bands!! Like I stated in the previous post, I'm gonna keep playing with it and see if I can do anything else with it!!"

"I got a new stretch based on the use of a Gold's Gym Short Band as a leverage point!! It is very simlar to the original one I posted when I first started posting about all this (the one with the pic)! But this one you set up exactly the same way but you put the band around the MIDDLE of the penis instead of at the base!! You don't hardly pull up on the head of your penis at all which is another difference!! This provides a better stretch to the penis itself and less to ligs!! Caution: WILL MAKE YOUR DICK SORE!! Mine is as sore as hell and I've only been doing it like 2 days for like two, four minute sets per day!"

This is a great low-cost way to incorporate equipment into stretching. I did it the way Priapus did (basically you step on the band, hook it around your cock, and then pull up with your hand). The band pulls down, your hand pulls up, and your dick is stretched in two directions.

You can also do it the other way. The bands come in packs of two, so I tied them together and put one end under my cock. I pulled the band over my shoulder, down my back, and stepped on the other end with my heel. Then I pulled my penis down. So the band was pulling my cock uo, and my hand was pulling it down.

You can also do one of PudendaPleasure's z-stretches to take it to a whole new level. Basically, you would get the stretch started, and then hook your finger around your dick and pull the opposite direction, kind of like a v stretch, except it's two ways.

I'm definitely going to be doing this one again!
 
You know, I actually work out at Gold's Gym. I wonder what would happen if I got a couple of resistance bands and started stretching out my dick in the locker room? Or in the middle of the weight room in front of the mirror?
 
You should try it!! Could be some publicity for Penis Enlargement!! LOL!!! Great post BTW OMGOMGITSHUGE!! I do wanna add one problem I discovered with the bands lastnite during my workout! If you use them EVERY workout at high intensity they will become OVER STRETCHED!!! That is to say, they won't give you that nice hard stretch anymore cause the bands are too stretched out themselves!! I used a single band for like 2 months and then it wore out and the pack comes with 2 so you can reasonably get 3 - 4 months out of the whole deal for around 5 bucks! That's almost as much as replacing the Jelqing lube you'll use in that time!! Personally I think it is worth it!! I do want to caution tho, The band becoming so stretched it doesn't give you a stretch will sneak up on you!! You need to check every now and again if the band is resistive to you stretching it with your arms! If you can stretch it with your arms with no resistance or very little... you GOT a problem cause it probably not giving any kinda stretch to your cock!
 
Body builders should also be bulge builders:)
 
I may have found something to address the issues with the bands I posted earlier! This product is also from Gold's Gym! It's their 10lbs. Kettleball! It was $18 but it can do almost everything you can do with the bands and you don't have to repurchase! I used it and it seems to be workin as well or better than the bands!! Its almost like hanging except the dangers associated with hanging are not present! This is not to say the bands are worthless or not usable but this does offer another cheap equipment solution! Until next time, take it EASY!! :D

So you're putting your dick through the handle, pulling it up with your hand, and letting the weight of the kettlebell stretch your dick down? That's very innovative. I think there's some real potential with these exercises.
 
SirKyle that is the correct item! Its cheaper online!! LOL!! And Yeah OMGOMGITSHUGE that's what I'm doing with it!! 10lbs. is all I can handle though! I don't know how those hanging guys do it!! The thing about the kettlebell is that it won't become over stretched like the bands!! I think anyone that wants to try this stuff should start with the bands and see if they like it use it till its overstretched then purchase the kettlebell as a upgrade!
 
Sweet, man. Keep experimenting. There are more Penis Enlargement techniques yet to be discovered!

Okay!! So I think I'm confident enough to post my newest exercise!! I call it "fake hanging!" I'm using the kettle ball that I mentioned above! You put your hand through the handle of the kettle ball and let it hang on your wrist! Grip your penis behind the glans in a standard "OK" grip! You then let the weight of the kettle ball pull your hand in a downward stretch as if you are hanging! At first you don't feel much but over a few minutes you'll feel a hanging like stretch! CAUTION: The kettle ball does limit blood flow to your hand!! I can't last more than 5 minutes before switching hands! Its a pretty good stretch!! Suggestions are welcome! Enjoy your Big DICKS GUYS!!

I made a mistake in the equipment name! Kettle bell not ball! Don't want ya'll to think I'm a total idiot! LOL!!

people might want to think about adjustable kettlebells for this like kettlestack or so.
They're not the best for classic KB exercises but they should shine here.

The small KBs are only a couple of dollars though, so unless you already have the adjustable KBs (like I do) it's probably not a good idea to get them just for this:)

Those are pretty cool if I had the money to spend I get one!! A quick question! Has anyone tried the stretches with kettle bell yet? I just wondered what the thoughts on them were!
